I have used this spa for several yrs & have been completely satisfied. They have been caring & sensitive (health issues) have never had a bad spa or pedicure trtmt, my husband, 2 daughters & sister have loved their visits also . Not sure who these other reviews were for but my experience has always been great. We have always referred others to SpaVa

Wow, this spa has so much potential but when will they get there? Open for 9 years and I wonder how they are making it. The front desk people are very sure of nothing! After talking with a Manager I was dumbfounded by the inexperience and unprofessionalism that I said to myself, again, how are they making it?!!!!

Offers the greatest array of treatments in the area for a day spa, but unfortunetly can not deliver with the services. Poor atmosphere. I have had better treatments in strip mall/hair salons and that is sad. Uneducated staff with little attention to detail. Overall a total disappointment for those who know and appreciate good spa services and are familiar with destination spas. Lacks every sense of luxury.
