Core, Roll + Stretch - This workout is designed to give your body some much needed attention in regards to your core and flexibility. Students will be taught how to effectively engage core stabilizers, as well as utilize exercises that will strengthen the core. After learning the core essentials, students will learn how to properly foam roll (self-myofacial release). Foam rolling will enable students to diminish muscle knots (adhesions), which will help them achieve the proper length-tension relationship. Lastly, everyone will participate in static stretching. This class is essential for all of those who exercise. This class is 45 minutes in duration. Foam rollers will be supplied by Vibe Fitness. |
