    Pilates studio offering private and group instruction. We have STOTT PILATES large equipment (reformer, cadillac, stability chair). Our studio is set up with a separate room for private and semi-private instruction and a separate room for group classes. We also offer yoga classes, TRX, circuit training, interval training, tabata, group reformer classes, pre/post natal program, post rehab program.

If you are new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or have specific goals in mind, privates Pilates training is the way to go. A personal training session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates performance. You will establish a strong foundation to build upon. All individual training is done by appointment and your trainer will program a workout specifically for you. We analyze your movement habits and posture, and lifestyle to determine functional or structural problems to build a customized program to produce optimum results.

Semi-private lessons are a more economical way to train, while still receiving personal attention from your instructor. It’s a great way to workout with a friend or two to bond and help support each other while working towards your fitness goals. All semi-private training is done by appointment and your trainer will program a workout specifically for you and your friend. We look at posture, lifestyle and general movement habits to build a customized program to produce optimum results.
