Menu of Services

With just four treatment rooms, The Spa at Intercourse Village has created an intimate boutique setting with a French country-inspired vibe. Treatment areas named la fleur (flower), le papillon (butterfly), and le vin (wine) evoke a sense of joie de vivre, and tranquil touches like soft music, a cascading fountain, and warm hues relax spa-goers upon arrival.

A comprehensive treatment menu features an array of skin-care, body, and massage services, along with unique indulgences such as the mud massage, utilizing a detoxifying blend of clays and natural oils, and the thermal stamp and massage treatment, based upon a 14th-century Thai practice that soothes muscles by applying heat and a fabric stamp along the pressure points. Guests can schedule massages in the comfort of their guest room as well.

The spa celebrates Dermalogica, OPI, and SpaRitual products, and custom-blended oils and lotions and locally made soy candles are also available for purchase.

Spa-goers can be as young as 12, though they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Rooms & Dining

Rooms & Dining

Period-designed guest rooms in the historic 1909 house flawlessly mingle old and new, with luxuries like gas-burning fireplaces, WiFi access, and flat-screen TVs, while elegant grand suites, the Inn’s most luxurious and spacious of accommodations at 465 to 600 square feet, are a popular choice for couples. Accents like lovely sitting rooms, fireplaces, and dual Jacuzzi tubs provide the ultimate in romance and relaxation. Homestead suites foster a cozier, country feel, featuring woodwork and cabinetry built by local Amish carpenters and sitting areas with gas-burning fireplaces, yet provide the contemporary comforts of home, including wet bars and flat-screen TVs.

All guests receive a complimentary five-course breakfast with their stay; held by soft candlelight in the Inn’s lovely dining room, delightful dishes include cheesecake muffins, pumpkin pancakes, ham-and-cheese quiche, and more. In addition, breakfast can be served in room at no additional charge.

The Inn’s chef is happy to accommodate many diets, and the staff can make recommendations to nearby dining options for lunch and dinner.
