I had a Certificate for my birthday, decided to get a haircut and conditioning, was very satisfied with the results, they even did a hand massage which was delightful, everyone was so friendly, I loved it!

I recieved a spa finder gift for my birthday and scheduled a facial at the Mark Pardo spa on Juan Tabo. The outside of the building does not do this place justice! The spa area inside is beautiful and calming while I waited. I had an hour & a half facial (don't remember the name of the service...) and it was AMAZING. I was so relaxed the entire time and loved that they did a foot massage while my face was being masked and steamed. Was very pleased with my experience and will go back to this place the next time I treat myself to a facial.

I am from New York visiting my family and my mother in law suggested this spa for a prenatal massage. I went and it was the best massage I've ever had. Thank you Sara! I felt so realxed that it lasted all day! Sara was wonderful and very polite....

I've visited Mark Pardo many times, at most of the locations, for all sorts of services (facials, eyebrow tinting, waxing, haircuts, etc.) The service has always been reasonable but never amazing, except for one facialist named Amy who seems to have moved on to greener pastures. (Granted, I've never paid for the more expensive stylists, and please keep in mind I've not yet been to the new location on Coors.) I trust them to be capable - it's a great place to go if you need a haircut and don't have a stylist elsewhere or if you need something else 'basic' done - but I wouldn't go there for a relaxing spa day. For one, it's more salon than spa, and while it has a reasonable spa menu, it's short on lounge space and relaxing atmosphere. For another, it's just too - snooty. More often than not, I'm in workout clothes with no makeup for a spa day (or a run-errands-get-my-hair-cut-day), and at Pardo I feel inspected and found wanting instead of welcomed. Hopefully they will find this review and rectify that problem.

When I first started going, I loved the cut & color I got. But then, I couldn't even get appointments. Either they weren't quite open or had computer problems, etc. How hard would it have been to take my number & call me back? When I finally did get the appointment, it was entered on their side for the wrong date. They couldn't, or wouldn't fit me in, meaning that I went on vacation without getting my hair done. After all this hassle...I won't be going back.

I went for a hot stone massage and still feel relaxed 4 days later. I can't wait for my next one! The massage therapist was great and very experienced.
