I have visited Atrium several times, and each time the service has been excellent. The salon is in a remodeled house, so it's easy to pass up. I have had several Brazillian waxes, and have had different estheticians each time. Both did a good job, though one was faster and more thorough. I also had a body wrap, though I didn't see that much of a difference in my skin's elasticity.
The only downside of the salon is that it's in an older building, so the upper floors get hot during the summer. They do a pretty good job of cooling it as best they can, but sweating during the summer isn't all that great for relaxing and enjoying the luxury.
