No one will believe my experience here....after I make an appointment, only because I have a gift card from SpaFinder.com...I drove around the spa for 15 minutes looking for parking, when I finally found one in front of the spa, I was so happy and as I get down from my car, a valet parking attendant calls me and tells me to move my car from the spot because it's only for valet parking for the spa customers...not only there was no sign indicating that anywhere, but the spot was assigned to the Belleza Spa customers. He told me I had to pay him $4 for valet services which I refused to pay since I had found a spot in front of the place assigned to them after 15 minutes of driving around to find one...as I go in I tell the girls at the front desk what just happened and being a first time customer they didn't do anything to satisfy me as one. I cancelled my appointment and I told them to make sure they didn't charge my credit card for it. Cause that's another thing, they charge you a 50% of the services if you don't make it to the appointment or cancel it the same day...THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! with this economy the way it's, have them charge you for services that were never redeemed I believe it's crazy!

We are so sorry that you didn't enjoy your day with us due to your experience with the valet service. Unfortunately, sometimes things are out of our control. The valet we offer at Bellezza Spa is contracted with the shopping center. However, with South Miami being so busy and limited street parking, the purpose of valet is to take care of our clients who have appointments. Bellezza is open 7 days a week and on Sundays & Mondays there is no valet service. At Bellezza we continually work to accommodate each and every client as individuals. We do have a cancelation policy, which you were not charged for canceling your appointment at the last moment. Normally it is a full charge. Your business is valuable to us, and we would love to have you come back, and please give us another opportunity to work with you. I have been going to Bellezza for many years. I love all their services. All of the staff are well trained and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this spa for anyone wanting any service whether it be mani/pedi, massage, facial, waxing, hair style.
