I have been receiving waxing services from Chris for the past few years, and am continually amazed at how fast she is!! And, virtually PAIN FREE (although I enjoy chatting with her as she works -- excellent distraction)! She is always so professional, and never makes me feel uncomfortable. I have and will continue to refer Chris to anyone wanting ANY type of waxing services.

I'm not sure who the receptionist is, but she is HORRIBLE. I called on Sunday (the day before MLK) to see if they would be open on MLK and the receptionist told me yes, that she had appointment times at 10, 11 and 12. I told her that was great and I would call her back to confirm. I was excited that I found a salon open on a holiday. When I called back, they were closed, which was okay because I left a message expecting a phone call first thing in the morning. Evidently the receptionist had no idea what she was talking about because I tried calling all morning and the salon actually WAS closed. I had an important event last night and I was left scrambling for another salon, which was a complete disaster.
When I called this morning to see if they could do anything for me, the 2nd receptionist I encountered was RUDE AND HORRIBLE as well. She had an attitude and was not empathetic at all. All she kept repeating was "well I'm not sure why she told you that, but yesterday was MLK day, we were CLOSED". I KNOW this because I tried calling them all day. WORST customer service I ever experienced!! Will not recommend this place to ANYONE!

I received several spafinder certificates for my Birthday and when I went to their website to find a spa I learned there was a newer one in my backyard. So after reading all the reviews asked for Cindy and well all I can say is after getting massages for over 20 years at Ritz- Carlton, Four Seasons and Canyon Ranch at the Venetian; Cindy was the best than any of them! She listened to where I needed the most work and even found trouble areas I did not evern know I had. She is better than amazing and I will be back in 2 weeks!

I got some Spa Finder gift certificates for my birthday and was looking for a place in Henderson to get a massage. There aren't too many out there close to me and I wanted to avoid the strip. I made an excellent choice in choosing Cielo. Cindy is absolutely fantastic and worked out a lot of my tension in my back and neck. She is absolutely knowledgeable in what she does and takes the time to explain things and also gives tips on reducing stress. I would recommend her to anyone!
Cielo also offers a full service salon, along with massage and facial therapy. I am going back for a cut and color and will review on that as well.
You're making the right choice in selecting Cielo!

The tension in my back and neck had really mad a bad day worse, so I decided to book a massage with Cindy, AMAZING, she found every tension knot in my back and a few I didn't even know were there...my neck hasn't been this loose in what seems years. Strong hands and a good ear allowed Cindy to massage away my bad day and I will be back soon...
Britney at the reception area was also very helpful, I didn't know about some other services offered at Cielo and she informed me about those and helped me with some hair products too.

My husband gave me spa finder certificates for Christmas. This past week I had a 5 day migraine and was really feeling the stress of the ordeal. He went online to spa finders and found this spa for me. The massuse (sp?) was very supportive and knowlegable about pressure point massage and I felt much better when I left.
My only criticism would be the noise factor between the spa side and the salon side. I don't think the people in the salon know how well there rowdy voices carry to the tranquil spa side.
