They burned my child!
Awful, horrible experience for my teenage daughter! She received two 3rd degree burns and one 2nd degree burns at the hands of their incompetent stylist. The stylist said my daughter was just being dramatic when she began to cry, the stylist even refused to get us ice to put on the burns! The next day I spoke with a woman who claimed to be an owner, all she did was give me a PARTIAL refund...not even a full refund! When I called back weeks later to inform them that my daughter was going to require surgery I was told "OK I will let the owner know" I never heard back from anyone! I finally had to hire a lawyer so my daughter could get her medical costs covered. My daughter suffered though months of pain and endured a painful surgery and is left with bald spots on her head because of this salon and we never even received so much as a "I'm sorry" from those people! Beware! Beware! Beware!!

I have been going to Thomas Scott for at least 5 years now. I do massages with Gregg who is excellant and facials with Julie. Both take the time to ask if there is anything different with my overall health that would we would need to make any changes to the services that I am having done. All their staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Love Thomas Scott Salon & Spa
I just love the Thomas Scott Salon & Spa! I have been here for a massage as well as a facial on seperate occasions! Both were wonderful & completely relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spa!

Customer Service Leaves a lot to be desired
Their customer service is not focused on solving the problem only defensive comments. If you go in for blond coloring and come out with brown their response is you look great! When you contact the general manager the next day after reflecting on not getting the color you had asked for there response is defensive. They do not explain how they will take care of the situation. They respond with "we did the best we could" and "I don't understand you seemed ok with it the night before". When you request that they fix it they make it clear they think you are complaining only to get something for free. There is no the-customer-is-always-right attitude or appearance of doing whatever they can to make the customer happy. When you ask to escalate to the owner you are informed that the general manager has 20+ years of experience working with the owner and she will be sure to pass it on. Bottom-line: For being a little pricier than most the customer service is worse than the Hair Cuttery!

I love this place...................
I have been going here for years and love it. I have watched it evolve from a good salon/spa to a a place I cannont visit enough. The massages I get a always first class and Greg is the greatest. I have had many other services there too many to list, but massages what I go back for time and again. I love the place, the staff and atmosphere. I would highly recommend it. We use it for every "girl gathering" we have.

I treated myself to some much needed indulgence, I set up an appointment at this salon for a basic massage and their signature facial. I was taken to the spa and it was beautiful and very clean. I was offered a fizzy fruit drink and a piece of chocolate, already off to a great start. I got my feet soaked in warm soapy water while Nikki, the massage therapist, talked to me about what my concerns were and what I wanted her to work on. The massage was amazing, it got me totally relaxed. Now off to my facial with Rebekah, she dipped my hands in paraffin and did my facial. While the mask was sitting on she rubbed my feet with lotion and put on these warm booties on them. She made some suggestions of skincare I should use but wasn't too pushy. What an absolute treat!!! The price was very reasonable, especially for all the extras that I wasn't expecting. Most spas charge a lot more for hand and feet treatments. I highly commend this spa!! I look forward to my next visit.

I had a shellac manicure done. One thumb was too thick and the polish pooled at the bottom and then peeled. I explained this over the phone and made an appointment for a repair. When I presented the paper for the bill I again explained that the repair was due to improper application in the first place and I didn't think I should have to pay for it. The cashier told me I could take it up with the manager, whom she didn't know where she was. I had two tired kids with me and decided to pay the nine dollars. I told them I would not be back. This spa is very high priced but their services are performed by very nice people.

The BEST facial
I had an appointment for a facial scheduled with someone I was unfamiliar with, luckily for me she ill and they changed me to Samantha. WOW what a facial. I have a very hard time relaxing and at one point she made me feel so relaxed I feel asleep. Now that's a first for me!! She was great. I even was able to get my eyebrows waxed before the facial in the same room. Come to find out, you can get a feet messaged and exfoliated and toe polished all without leave the calming room.

Excellent massage therapist
I've been to a lot of different spas in the area and TS Salon's massage therapist, Marie, is one of the best I've encountered. She has a holistic approach which I found very relaxing. I think the spa has done the best the can with the space they have. They also have good stylists in the salon, so you don't have to run from place to place to be done from head to toe. Overall, my have experiences there have been very positive.
