Panache on Park Avenue

wow! I can't say enough about Panache. I had visited in the past for massage and my hair. I recently came back and it is even better than I remembered. I absolutely love my hair and will be coming back soon. Thanks Panache. You guys are awesome.

I have been going to Yvonne for facials for years. She has absolutely magic hands. When I travel I love going to spas and facials are my favorite treatment. I have yet to have a facial of the caliber that Yvonne provides. If it is a facial you are in the market for then this is the place and Yvonne is the best.Roxanne Urfer

I received their spray on tan the other day and am very happy with the results. The color looks so natural and is blended and sprayed on so evenly not even my friends know i had it done. Katie who did the spray tan was so professional and very comforting when i decided to go nude to cover my tan lines, she made me feel very comfortable in an akword situation and before i even knew it i had forgotten i was standing nude infront of her. I will definitly be going back for more spray tanning along with other services that they offer. Their facility is gorgeous and very clean. I am looking forward to my next visit their.

What a wonderful place. I have had massages, facials, my hair and my nails done. All of the employees are very skilled in their trade.They are always so sweet and helpful. I would have services done weekly if I could. I just can't say enough.

I have been to this facility a few times.I have to say that the Vichy Shower followed by a massage is NOT to be missed! This is SOOOO wonderful - makes me wish I could have this process weekly (or even more often)!The only problem I ran into on my first visit is that they do not allow you to put the "tip" on a credit card. I had to make an ATM run and come back or I wouldn't have been able to tip my provider (who was WONDERFUL and deserved a generous tip). However, for future visits, I just made sue to make the ATM run in advance.

I found the front desk staff to be extremely RUDE. I had arrived about 15 minutes before my hair appointment so I anticiapted a wait but not an HOUR. I should have walked out. But it was right before we were leaving for a trip and I need to get my hair done. The stylists kept gossiping about other staff and having inappropriate conversations. I felt like I was back in junior high. Highly unprofessional. The cut and color were just average. Not worth what I paid.

I had a marvelous morning that my husband gave me for christmas. I absolutely loved it! Everyone was really friendly and made me feel like I had been coming there for years even though it was my first time. I really liked the fact that the girls who did my services informed me on how to take care of myself at home. I was so relaxed when it was time to leave. My entire family knows that is all I want from now on...a day at panache!

Make sure you get a written quote from this spa before using for special occasions. The hairstyle price changed AFTER the stylists were done with the wedding party. The appointments were not made correctly causing miscommunication. Not very responsive to customer issues.

I had my hair cut and dried at Panache, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results! Their prices are also very reasonable for a higher-end day spa/salon. I also recently received a Spa Finder gift certificate from friends, and I will definitely use it at Panache!
