Simply Spoiled Spa

I needed a day off to escape the stress of work, family and the normal everyday and holiday woes. I'd had my spa gift certificate for a while, purchased by my boyfriend on Mother's Day and without a plan I decided today would be the day to use it. I searched through many of the spas and the reviews found on the spafinder website and decided on the the Simply Spoiled Spa for 2 reasons: the location was in Rancho and the online pictures were appealing.What a WONDERFUL choice! Little did I know I have passed this spa every month for the past year or so as it is right next door to my cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised after enter the establishment; the decor, the relaxing atmosphere, the customer services, my treatments were all WONDERFUL.I am a frequent spa visitor. I work in a very stressful profession and I believe I have finally found a place that I can commit to for my routine spa visits.

Relaxation at its Finest! Really the best massage for the price.I like to get my money's worth so I went online and checked out their specials on Simply Spoiled Spa's website. It was $60 for an hour, basically the same as everywhere else without having to sign up for a year. The massages here are consistently way better than the other places I've gone. Lots of places are hit and miss in finding a good massage therapist, but this place has a lot more hits than misses. I also like it that they have the same massage therapists when I go there as some of the staff like Monica and Samantha have been there since I started going there in 2005. I like to be adventurous and try other places, but I keep coming back to Simply Spoiled.

I was sad that Jade Aveda closed on the day I had a prenatal massage appointment until I received better treatment for less at Simply Spoiled Spa. Amanda was the massage therapist that treated me and it was great with friendly service and focused treatment. The location is odd in an old renovated center but you walk in and feel the serenity instantly and the atmostphere makes you forget about how close to home you are.

This is the first spa i have ever been too and it was awsome. I was treated very well and i was given great service. I would definetly return to this spa.

I received the treat of a day spa visit from my husband as a gift. I have previously visited many and anticipated a luxuiously relaxing trip. I was not disappointed. First, I was lavished with a facial. She is experienced and knowledgable; had some great tips for me to use at home. Later, I enjoyed a massage. The therapist seemed to know right where my problem areas were. She was kind. I could not believe that I actually fell asleep! I had a wonderful time. When I go there the next, I hope to try the couples massage along with my husband!

I came in for a massage and left with an extra half hour than I intended to stay for AND a facial. After receiving a wonderful body massage I felt safe to try the facial. Both services were EXCELLENT and I have had MANY massages and facials. I am new to the area and will DEFINITELY be a regular customer. Oh and the donuts next door are awesome too!

The actual massage was great, the therapist really knew what she was doing. There was an awful lot of men coming and going from there during the time I was there. The staff seemed to be more attentive to them than the females.

Did not wait 1 second. Everything was ready and waiting for me. All of the staff were very professional and kind. The massage was great, relaxing, and got rid of a lot of my back pain. The price was great and I could not ask for anything more.

Yes, there were men clients, but it is not uncomfortable. The staff is very professional. they give excelent treatments and they go above and beyond.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the spa was busy so I had to wait for 15 minutes before I was taken to my room. During the 15 minute wait, I noticed that mostly men came in and how the staff flirted excessively with them. Being an MT myself, I thought this was unprofessional, but still went in and received my massage. The massage was average, with MT not being quite deep enough with her strokes even though I asked her twice to go deeper. The facility is nice, but I don't think my $15 tip was appreciated (I think she is used to bigger tips).
