Had a 60 minute massage w/ Diana & it was exceptional. I would highly recommend her & this spa. The facilities seem very nice. Not too crazy about the robe & slippers that I was given to use but thumbs way up on everything else :)

I am new to the area and was in great need of a deep tissue massage. I called this spa on a day when I was at the end of my rope. I was so fortunate that Becky had an opening for me. (This was very unusual because she is soooo busy). It was meant to be. She was AMAZING!!! She listened to what I needed and even took care of areas that I didn't know I needed. It was the greatest massage I have ever had.....I felt great for two weeks. Of course I made another appointment to see her and have been going regularly ever since. She has helped my with my hip pain and I feel the best I have in years. I can't wait to see her again. I hesitated to write this because I am sure it will bring her more business and she will be even harder to get in to but I will continue to make my next appointment before I leave each time! THANKS BECKY!!!

I came from another spa/salon (where the atmosphere was unprofessional) and decided to have my hair cut first to try DeLeonardo out. Lauren cut my hair and did a nice job and when I came back the second time she did a cut and color/highlights. This is the happiest I have been in years with my hair! What also drew me to return was the professional atmosphere - Lauren was very professional. Over the holidays I came in with my daughter in law and we had mani/pedi done - very relaxing - staff very professional, upbeat and fun! Thank you! Karen F.

The only reason I visited the Salon was because I followed Aliana,, the nail tech, from her previous salon. She is amazing, I will continue to go there because of her. I have not tried any of the other services, but may do so in the future. I liked the atmosphere and the people who work there. I did go there when it was under a different management. My experience at that time was not good. With Aliana there now, and the new ownership, I will certainly continue going.

Very sad after my visit on 08/19/11 to DeLeonardo. I had such high hopes for a day filled with relaxation. I was greatly disappointed with my services! PROS.....Albana!! Very kind and gives the most amazing facial. Thank you to her :) CONS.....1. Body Wrap: WORST SPA SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Advertised as being done in Vichey shower room which would imply that Vichy included. It is not! Very disappointed as this was the reason I chose DeLeonardo over another spa. Also, Rachel did not seem to know what she was doing. I was not wrapped above my midsternum region, remained wrapped for approx. 5 minutes (not long enough to generate warmth and detoxify). Rachel had placed towels across drain area of table so while hosing me down, all the water just accumulated around me making me feel cold and dirty. Given cold towel to wipe any remaining residue. Not relaxing!! 2. Massage, also done by Rachel. Let's just say her phone went off during my massage. Not cool....and no apology. Plus the room was freezing, I asked her to turn on heater which she did about 30 minutes into treatment. 3. Pedicure by Michelle was adequate but not spa quality for spa prices. Could go to the nail place down the road and get same result

Loved it! Betsy is awesome! My experience was like nothing I have ever had. She listened to me, found out what my issues were, and came up with the perfect cut and color for me. Then she actually took the time to make sure I knew how to create my look myself. The place is beautiful, and the staff is warm and welcoming. I even had a glass of wine. How great is that! De Leonardo Salon and Spa, an Aveda Salon, is a jewel in the Lakes Area. The Spa is lovely. Aveda products are high quality, environmentally friendly, and beautifully made, but atmosphere and products don't make a spa. We have a family of difficult hair: color, curly, straight, cowlicks, and teenagers. No problem. Carrie and Aldona are truly talented, but you won't go wrong with any of De Leonardo's talented staff. The fact that I recommend De Leonardo to family and friends speaks most directly to the quality of their work. On an interpersonal level, the staff of De Leonardo is friendly, proactive, well organized, knowledgeable, professional, and committed to their work. Make an appointment and have a beautiful day.

I've been to the salon for both styling services and salon services and both are excellent. They offer a variety of services and packages suitable for everyone and occasion. My son and I go to Lauren who has great availability, personality and talent. Working with a teenager isn't easy but she does her best to accomadate her needs and mine! I have gone to De Leonardo since last summer for waxing. Christie is the best! She is professional and positive. The quality of the products she uses are great! My friend and I went for the $99.00 package for the mani, pedi, facial and massage today. It was fantastic. The staff stayed after closing. Jen is a new massage therapist there and definitely worth the money. The atomosphere is relaxed and soothing. I have a coupon for my next visit and will schedule very soon.

I have been with Carrie at De Leonardo Salon & Spa for a while now and she is absolutely great at perfecting the color that I want. She always pampers me and makes me feel so relaxed at every visit. I used to only have to travel 5 minutes to get there until I recently moved. Now I travel 50 minutes to get my hair done here because it is that GREAT!!!!!! De Leonardo Salon & Spa is the only reason I ever visit my (old neighborhood) I would recommend this salon to anyone!!!! :)

I drive 30 minutes to get to this salon because of the expertise of the staff, the sugar wax that they use which is less irritating than beexwax, and because they know what they are doing. I get to visit spa like rooms that are very private and every person I have had services from knows what they are doing and is very talkative. I enjoy the time I spend there and will continue to return.

I saw a woman I did not know at Lifetime Fitness who had a haircut that was so stylish and unique that I had to asked her where she got her hair cut. She referred me to Jeffery and I have never received so many compliments on my new hair style and color since I had Jeffery perform his magic touch on my hair. I have been a client of Jeff's for many years and will go to no other. Jeff is extremely talented in cut and color. I receive so many compliments on my color, especially. Jeff is also friendly, extremely flexible regarding scheduling, not to mention cute and funny! Going for a cut and color is actually fun at DeLeonardo's and close to home. Besides, Jeff is so experienced you do not have to spend hours at the spa waiting around, he manages his time with the expertise of a well seasoned professional. I have not tried all of their services as of yet, but they have some great deals and packages. I amplaning on a massage soon!

I found this salon to be a wonderful experience from the moment I was greeted at the door. Everyone is warm and friendly and makes you feel like you are the most important person to them! I have been seeing the same person for my hair since I was in my late teens, being that I am now in my late 40s she has now retired. I love Aveda products so I thought I would go in and see what the salon had to offer. Well all I can say is they were so wonderful, I left knowing that I definitely had found the right place for me and have already been back for color and going back again tomorrow for a Keratin treatment. I am looking forward to experiencing many of the spa services that they have to offer in the very near future!

The first thing they offer you as you walk in the door is water, wine or the yummy Aveda tea. I love having my hair done and listening to the play list. I've been going to De Leonardo since it was The Works. The remodel is beautiful and the staff continues to please. I utilize both the salon and spa. I love the calming aroma of the Aveda products and smell like it for hours after. aahhhhh See you in 5 weeks!

I am a repeat patron of DeLeonardo Spa. I do not utilize their salon but use their spa every 2 weeks to assist me in managing my symptons with fibromyalagia. I have found that the proper way to obtain the best service possible in a spa service is to allow the staff to get to know you. I have found the staff is extremely committed & passionate about providing you the best experience possible. Trisha is the massage therapist that I have utilized when seeking relieve from my discomfort. She has used a variety of treatments to provide me a wonderful massage experience. I never expected the moon the first day I walked in there, I was willing to take the time to have her get to know what I needed. I also choose to provide my husband a massage on Valentine's day & he stated that Diane was terrific! My belief is that you cannot show up for a one day experience & expect something as intimate as a massage to be everything you expect as your expectation are unrealistic. Massage theraphy is a different experience for everyone & these therapist understand that. They will welcome you on a infrequesnt basis but your expectations have to be in-line for that experience. If they get them to know you & your needs in relation to a body massage it will provide you an amazing experience. I find the atmosphere to be calming & beautiful to enjoy. I truly enjoy my day at the spa & count the days until I can return to this place that offers me some tranqulity. My appreciation to Trisha & the entire staff for providing me such enjoyment.

I recommended that a friend come with me to the spa. I adore Jeffery and Trish, along with most everyone else there. The receptionist with bright red streaks wasn't the least bit friendly. I was given $15 cards that I was unable to use. All of our services were great for the most part. The older blond doing my friends massage was pushy and acted like she couldnt wait to be doe, with her constant sighs while massaging my friend, not to mention her squeeky shoes! We were told once we were ready in the locker room to open the door, well we didn't have to because she did for us, apparently 5 mintues was way to long for her to wait. I hate to complain but I really wanted my friend to have a great time, it was her first time at a spa. I will return for hair services and facial ( mine was amaziing) and only recommend Trish for massages, the blonde older lady in a rush really kind of ruined my day and made me feel like an idiot for briinging my friend there. I got a great deal for sure, but when we went to pay there was a difference in what I was told when I book and the actual price I was charged. Overall the the services for hair, massages by trish, facials and pedis are great.

Over the holiday, my friends and I enjoyed a package that they have. It was a 1/2 hour massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure for under $100! It was great and we had the best time with the staff. I have since gone back to get the best hair cut ever with Jeffrey V. He is awesome! I would strongly reccomend this place to everyone tired of their current salon. I will be back for sure! Elizabeth

I was told that I would be enjoying Spa services, and I would be pampered. Unfortunately, due to the staff messing up my appointment I was rushed through a massage, and told that it was my fault for not calling them the day before, to confirm my own appointment. It is unfortunate for a new salon to get a bad rap, but even more unfortunate Aveda backs them up. Tell all your friends not to go here!

Dear Cindy, We were so sorry to read that your visit with us was not a good experience. I assure you that it has never been our practice to have our clients call to confirm their own appointment. I have looked back into our history to try and contact you so we could at the very minimum return your money. Unfortunately we don't have a "Cindy" on our books before or after November 6 for six months. Please allow us the opportunity to help you out in any way we possibly can. Customer service is our greatest priority, to such extent that every valued client leaves with an anonymous self addressed survey so we may be made aware immediately of any improvements that need to take place. This area I have also checked to see of your complaint and have also not been successful. From the moment I walked in everything was great! The spa area of the salon is beautiful and smells wonderful (I love Aveda!). I arrived early and the waiting area was dimly lit and outfitted with super comfy massaging chairs. Altogether the ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The massage and sinus cleansing treatment were among the best I've experienced. When all was done I took a long hot shower in the women's dressing room, which also was outfitted with slippers, robes, towels and hair dryers. They seem to have thought of everything! It was a great experience -- I'll be back before long!
