Coldwater Creek – The Spa aims to ensure that every detail has been conceived with comfort in mind. The spa strives to offer a natural setting of earth tones to give guests a place to relax and get away from the hustle of the day. Services cater to both men and women and include facials, massage, nail care, body treatments and skincare treatments for which carefully selected organic products are used with each. Spa packages are available as well.. Guests can enjoy a complimentary foot soak prior to any skincare or body treatment in the spa’s quiet relaxation room. Customized services for teens are also offered. Coldwater Creek – The Spa opened its first day spa in 2006 in Tigard, Oregon, and since has opened nine locations across the United States.Location

I highly recommend Sonja, she is a great
Massage therapist. Sonja was very calming and professional. I have never had a professional massage before but I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely go back to see her again and would recommend her to all of my friends.

I found Raul - massage therapist. He is terrific, I get lots of massage and he is one of the best I've ever had. Then... got a haircut with Marisol - I'm so happy! My hair has never looked better. This place is great, calm, clean, relaxed - and the prices are pretty good too!

This was an amazing find! I had no idea this was even a spa, just wandered in while shopping. Got a tour - the place is so clean and relaxing - ended up getting a pedicure.... wow! The pedicure is done in a reclining chair, I went to sleep and woke up with the best attitude and perfect feet! Angie did my pedicure, she's an angel. Can't wait to come back for a massage and facial... Don't think it's just a store, there's a whole spa inside! I loved it! Ultimate pedicure is the BOMB.

Yes, you pay more then other small shopping center nail places, but it is so worth it. You relax from the moment you step in the place. The only downside was that they wanted to charge me for the gel nail soak off on my hands as I did not get it there. For the prices they charge for a gel polish manicure, they should throw wrapping your nails in foil and acetone in for free.

For a day spa it is wonderful. You walk in and feel like you are in a mini resort like spa. The attention to detail is amazing and with all services you get a foot soak included in price. :)

I scheduled a massage with a female therapist but when I arrived for my appointment, they had me with a male therapist. When I reminded them that I had specifically requested and confirmed an appointment with a female, they said that someone else had requested Ilana. I asked, "so you just bumped me?" And they said we're sorry. That is no way to run a business. They just lost a customer!!!!

FIRST TIME GOING TO THE SPA. DIDN'T THINK MUCH OF THE PLACE WHEN I WALKED IN. BUT AS SOON AS THEY TOOK ME TO THE DRESSING ROOM I WAS IMPRESS. THE STAFF IS REALLY FRIENDLY AND COSTUMER ORIENTED. I HAD A FACIAL WITH KENGIE AND I LOVE IT. FOR SURE I WILL GO BACK TO SEE HER AGAIN.

I absolutely LOVE this spa! I have gotten several different treatments here, but I have to say that the Essential facial is by far the best! Colleen knows her stuff and really treats you well and doesn't "push" products at you, she makes suggestions and leaves it at that. In the future, I will only go to her.

Great staff, very clean, love the relaxation room with the foot soaks. Pedicures are the best I've ever had, nothing can compare.
Facials and peels are fantastic, can tell a big difference in my skin, don't get the 30 min, it's just not long enough, you'll need at least 50 min.
Massages are great, too.
They even have a hair salon, Angela is excellent with cuts, highlights, color and the very best at blow drying.
They aim to please and hit the mark.

I had the pleasure of visiting Cold Water Creek from a gift certificate my sister gave me for Christmas. That was the best gift ever, I had a great 1st time experience at this spa, the staff was friendly and most attentive. Can't wait for my next visit.

I love this place! I have never experienced anything bad while serviced here. The staff is friendly as well as responsively excellent. They converse when required and keep quiet amongst those times in meditation. The service itself well done... WELLL DONE!

I continue to enjoy pedicures there. I will not go anywhere else. I am willing to pay the price for the relaxation. It is nice not to keep soaking your feet until they look like prunes. My only comment is that the only thing between you and the next client is a curtin and when that person falls asleep and starts to snore, it can get a little annoying.

I went in for an $80 facial and they conned me into spending $240 on products that basically suck. The woman doing the facial was so pushy and told the receptionist that I wanted to do a peel (which I never agreed to do). They are WAY to pushy with products and services. Never again.

The atmosphere and décor is very relaxing. My visit was to the salon portion of the spa. The salon is very small with only three stations and a separate area for hair washing. The stylist who was handling me was very young and inexperienced. She was having a difficult time determining how the layers were cut in my hair and even asked me if I knew how they were cut. A basic wash/cut/dry took the Stylist 2 hours to complete. I was disappointed with how my hair looked; it felt hard, crunchy and dry. The cut was average at best. I felt like I threw $75 out the window. I would be very cautious when making a salon appointment. Definitely inquire about the experience of the Stylist.

This spa is very nice and relaxing. I had a facial here and enjoyed it. When you first come in it doesn't really look like much nor is there a relaxing atmosphere when you first walk in, especially since it is in a strip mall; however, it is a pleasant surprise when you go to the back. It is small nothing grand or big but great for those who live close by.

The Coldwater Creek spa exceeded my expectations! I received a 50 minutes deep tissue massage. It is apparent that the goal of the spa is to make your experience pleasant and enjoyable. They provide you with a "pre-service" relaxation experience of foot soaking, light refreshing tea, etc.
The massage service was splendid. My aches were relieved, and the aromatherapy oils were relaxing and smooth.
I thoroughly enjoyed my service and will be returning for my "birthday spa day."

I got beautiful, sexy highlights and loving it. The salon is very clean, the ladies working here very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommended it- I have marked it on my facebook now for my friends to visit it - and will return soon...
