I find that I compare all spas to Balance. The level of service by the staff is bar none the best. The variety of services is enormous and the price is right. Look no further, if you are in Greensboro, then to Balance Day Spa.

I have been to both the Greensboro and the Burlington location. I enjoyed both. I had a mani/pedi in Greensboro and facials with Allison in Burlington(closer to home). I eagerly look forward to my appointments because the atomosphere is so relaxing and the staff listens to my concerns. My mother, who suffers from many ailments including dementia, was treated like royalty by the Greensboro staff while participating in a reflexology session. When my sister visits from NY, she always regrets not setting up an appointment in time to book a hot stone massage. I highly recommend Balance Day Spa to anyone who needs to get away mentally and physically needs to de-stress.

I've been to Balance Day Spa several times and always enjoy it. The only complaint was once when a manicurist tried to tell me that my nails were too short to get a French Pedicure. She also didn't do as good of a job as I could have with the manicure. On my next visit I mentioned this to the manicurist (who was excellent) and she informed me that there's no such thing as having nails too short for a french manicure/pedicure. Needless to say the person who was too lazy to do the french pedicure no longer works there. Also, MJ gives the best massages.

My first spa experience was at Balance Day Spa. I have been a loyal customer for the past three years. From the first moment you step foot into the waiting room, the sounds of the waterfall take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The services are always very relaxing and therapeutic to the soul. The staff is a pleasure no matter who provides the service. I definitely recommend this spa to anyone who is looking to de-stress from the everyday grind of life's obstacles.

This is a very nice spa with a clean environment and very polite staff. I visited through a spafinder gift certificate and was very pleased. I enjoyed the services offered and the best way I could describe it would be walking in from a hectic life and busy city and entering a relaxing and inviting space where you can temporarily forget about what's outside. I would definitely recommend this facility for their service.

I would actually recommend arriving a little early for your appointment at Balance simply for a chance to relax thoroughly before your treatment even begins. There is a large waiting area with comfortable seating, aesthetically appealing decor and fountain and a variety of complimentary coffees, teas, etc. The massage itself was nicely done although a bit more intense than I am used to and the therapist did not share much information unless directly asked. Hours were very convenient as they were able to fit me in at 6:00 pm on a Saturday. I'm eager to try other services there.

Balance Day Spa is my favorite day spa in this area. They have a very relaxed atmosphere and are always incredibly friendly and professional. I have been to multiple locations and enjoy them all but my favorite is definitely the one in Kernersville. I frequent this location several times every month. I highly recommend all services but in particular the mani/pedi with nail tech Wendi. By far, the best looking and longest lasting I've ever had. Thank you Balance!

I've been the Balance Day Spa several times since moving to Greensboro three years ago. I've had massage, pedicure, eyebrow waxing and a body treatment. They also have a location in Bulington where I've had a facial. Their staff is friendly; the facility is clean and the ambience is good. I prefer the waiting area in the Burlington location simply because it feels cozier, but maybe that just reflects the size of the facility. I would recommend Balance Day Spa to anyone looking for a regular place to frequent and for those days when you feel like giving yourself a treat!
