Wild Earth Spa

I have been going to this spa for about 10 years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It is a small family-run operation and they do everything to make you feel at home. Massages are excellent, especially if you ask for Cathy and the facials are nothing short of amazing. Renee definitely knows how to keep your skin looking flawless. The products they use are high-end and organic which is also a big plus. It's also one of the only places around that does sugaring. Overall a great little spa in downtown La Verne.

I had the body salt scrub first, which was ok, although I kept telling her to slough a bit harder which would last about a minute before she forgot and resumed her softer approach. Without a vichy shower she had to hand wipe all the scrub off which took up a lot of the time. There was maybe only 15 minutes out of the hour devoted to the scrub, which isn't much when doing the whole body. My massage was next, scheduled to be a one hour massage. I was put into the room at the top of the hour, and the masseuse entered 5 minutes after to discuss what we would do, then left for me to undress. She reappeared at 18 minutes after the hour and started several minutes later after she prepped some things on the table. The massage ended and she walked out at 45 minutes after the hour. I received only 25 minutes of massage at most. When I inquired at the front desk while checking out, I was informated that the hour I signed up for was for the use of the room, not for the length of the massage. This is typical of course, but most massages start at 5- after, and end at 5-til. There had been no one scheduled in the room before me, nor no one right after me. The masseuse followed me to the checkout counter and stared at me while I paid.

I have been here about 4 times for the brazilian sugaring and it's great! This is the only service I've had at Wild Earth Spa. I do wish they did something in between the "california bikini" and "full brazilian" because they are the only spa in the area that I know of that does sugaring. The staff is very nice and inviting, make you feel very comfortable and welcome.

My boyfriend And I had a great couples massage. Everyone was so friendly. My boyfriend loved his massage. My skin doesnt do good with facials but I decided to give it a shot since they use natural products and I loved it! They even put some make up on, which was a great little bonus.

I got a brazilian wax from this spa today. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and it wasn't terribly painful. I'll definitely be back!

The staff was very nice and attentative. The treatment was even better. The value that you pay for the service is really reasonable. You willnot be disappointed!

The staff at wild earth is very courteous. The service is excllent. The natural setting complements the organic facials and massage. When you leave you feel refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
