It's a average spa. Staffs are nice. It offers discount coupons on various websites. But when I called to make appointments, they are always booked and asked me to make appointment three to four weeks in advance, which is ridiculous for the services and their quality this spa offers. And they don't seem very busy when I was finally there to redeem my prepaid voucher.

I booked this spa for Reflexology(Foot massage) after buying a Deal from http;//www.quarteroff.com. The people here are cordial, play nice music. I came here after a stressful day and most of my stress were relieved. I was little late in my appointment and they adjusted the time for me. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visited Destiny Beauty & Wellness Day Spa yesterday afternoon for a Brazilian wax and European manicure and pedicure. I received exceptional service from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I was greeted by Linda whom I recognized from the website and the lovely receptionist. I was offered something to drink. The entire time I was there I was addressed by my name which made the experience that much more personal. We began with the Brazilian wax. This was my very first time waxing and I was extremely nervous and scared, to say the least. I've read so many horror stories of wax jobs gone wrong and I didn't want to be one of them. I am super sensitive and try to avoid waxing anything. However, Agata did an amazing job! She was very gentle and guided me through the entire process with breathing techniques, tips and even some forms of distractions. I was very pleased with the job because it wasn't at all what I was expecting. It was relatively painless and the outcome is definitely better than shaving. I will definitely go back to Agata for my next wax. My mani and pedi were done by, Klara who did a great job. She was very very sweet and my nails look fantastic! The service is great. I will definitely visit again!

My boyfriend gave me a Spafinder gift certificate for Christmas. I chose Destiny Beauty&Wellness Day Spa since it is near my office. I have really dry skin, and upon the recommendation from my esthetician, Agata, I signed up for the Hydradermie Facial. Agata was wonderful! My skin looked and felt great after the facial. Agata recommended a couple of products, by a French skincare company called Guinot. I purchased these products, a moisturizer and eye cream, and so far, so good!! I have recommended this spa to my friends and coworkers, and I will be back!

I scheduled a spa day for my mothers birthday and she was SO unhappy. The front desk receptionist was very nice and cordial but the staff they had doing the services were horrible! Her mani/ pedi took over an hor and a half and was OVER PRICED. The swedish massage, and body polish were even worse. She told me she felt like it was not worth $5!! It did'nt feel as if anyone was massaging her nor did she feel a difference once it was done. And to top it off, while we were leaving I noticed her polished had came (they did the mani/ pedi prior to the body services) and she bolted towards the door and told me she would rather do it herself. It was the worst birthday gift I couldve ever given my mother and I am going to see if I can get in contact with the Manager to see what she can do about this.

I had a facial and a massage at the spa and I will definitely be back! The practicioners were professional and courteous, and had me so relaxed, I thought I was going to float away.
