I won a free massage and made my appointment and showed up. When I arrived, things were disorganized. The receptionist seemed like she was trying to do too many things at once and couldn't seem to get a single thing done. I have visited this place quite a few times and this always seems to be the case. The massage was good. But my gentleman massuese was a little hard in his pressure and I wish he would have asked if I would have liked the pressure a little lighter. Because of the disorganized reception, I have not gone back to the salon.

I have spoken with the front desk staff about your comments and we have made a few changes. Starting this summer, the layout of the salon will improve to dramatically to improve our guests experience. My wife and I were visiting Faithope Alabama on vacation. The concierge of the hotel recommended the Fairhope Massage & Skin Care for a great massage. My wife and I was given the best massage we've had in quite some time. Matter of fact......we decided to have another just before we left on our gruelling 7 hour drive back home to Ormond Beach.
