• Laughlin Ranch Realty manages approximately 200 custom lots on the back nine of the golf course. Homes here can be created entirely from scratch with the assistance of an architect and a builder of the owner's choosing.
• Away from the golf course, The Canyon, a neighborhood managed by Concordia Homes, encompasses 135 production lots.
• North Fork is a neighborhood one-and-a-half miles north of the golf course that is composed of 535 custom lots managed by Matthews Homes.
• Nationwide Homes manages three neighborhoods (Copper Canyon, Silverado baths, and Black Mountain Estates) composed of approximately 350 production residences located along the front nine of Laughlin Ranch's golf course. Homeowners can choose from the floor plans offered by the management company. Houses will range in size from the 1,500-square-foot (139 square meters) Copper Canyon residences to the 2,600-square-foot (242 square meters) homes in Black Mountain Estates.
• Along the front nine, Avalon Custom Homes offers approximately 30 custom homesites on which owners can develop in collaboration with an Avalon architect.
