Elegant Nail Spa

I went to this spa because they accepted my spafinder gift card...what a WASTE! They were understaffed and kept us waiting in the chair soaking for 25 min before they came back over to start the pedi. In addition, the chair they put me in was broken so it did not massage at all- only vibrated. I was not offered a discount or TOLD that it was broken until I asked. Very deceptive. The staff were unfriendly and spent the whole time trying to upsell me for extra scrubs, lotions, and more expensive pedicure add ons. VERY PUSHY. At the end the person who spoke terrible english assumed the balance of the card would go for a tip...really you want a 15 dollar tip after such terrible service. I had a small cut on the side of my foot and asked her to be careful........she obviously didnt understand until I was wincing as pulling the foot back she let up.If I didnt have a small balance I WOULD NOT GO BACK. There are too many others in the area that are better and friendlier, more efficient. It took 2HOURS to get a basic pedicure! Go elsewhere!

I received a spafinder gift card. I found this place on the website and it didn't disappoint. They offer a variety of pedis as well as other services. It was a very relaxing environment and my associate was a delight to talk to. I can't wait to go back!
