Vivani Day Spa

I searched and searched for the best deal for the most services. I wanted to use the 4 SPA FINDER gift cards that I had. The Vivani spa was the best deal for the buck. I call to book and I find out that their prices were just being change, but that since I called while the old prices were still online those prices would be honored. The picture with the 2 seats is the pedicure station, it is nice..just to not look up..the ceiling is an office building tile/ they bring in a Homedics plug in machine for the pedicure. The result of the pedicure was good, but for the manicure you are asked to walk to a restroom to rise your hands..I did not want to wash my hands, want to be pampered. Again the end result was nice. Sitting in the waiting/relaxation room..could not relax. An employee walking up and down the hall in flip flops did not allow a setting I was looking for. The Facial was very professional. The massage was very light, and was 8 minutes short of the hour I paid for. Maybe because it was closing time. At check out the last of the gift cards would not scan and I get "talked to " by the manager about that...then it works. Also the front desk had to ask the manager abou the "pricing issue" I had cleared at booking.

I woke up with a very tensed shoulder and back, needing an immediate massage. I called prior to them opening and someone was there. They called me back and told me that they can have someone there in an hour to do my massage. The person did a great job doing deep tissue massage, locating all the proper points and releasing the tension. I left feeling revived. On the verge of leaving, they were able to fit in an eyebrow waxing. I got a complimentary hairwash as some of the wax accidently dropped into a small portion of my hair.I booked an appointment for low lighting from one of the hair stylist there. I loved the atmosphere--very friendly and relaxing. Something worth while to go back to.

I came for a message and everything went very well. So well in fact that I added a facial because the staff really knew what they were doing.

My husband gifted the Vivani Essential Spa package to myself my mom and his mother for Christmas. My mother and I visited today and left feeling fabulous. From the moment we walked in we recieved immediate personal service. We were greeted by name, clearly they were expecting us and were prepared for our visit. Each of our services were coordinated and timed perfectly.Kathy's 30 minute facial was just a sampling of what she really has to offer. Just long enough to know that returning to see her is a must.Lisa's peddi was a joy. She is a well spoken, well read , intelegent and insightful young woman. It was a pleasure to speak with such a lovely young lady.Angie's manni was delightful, not the painful experiance I've had elsewhere. My short stubby nails look great and no doubt with regular visits to see Angie will grow out to be lovely.Judy's massage was devine. She did a brief consult with me making sure to customize my massage according to any special needs or health issues I may have had. Naturally of coarse when it was over I wanted more. Yet another reason to return.And I will most definately be returning. Before leaving today I purchased a 90 minute facial with Kathy. I will likely purchase at least one or more of Vivani's endless list of standard and alternative services at each of my visits.My sisters birthday is quickly approaching and I intend to introduce her to the oasis that is Vivani.Gentlemen Valentines day is just around the corner. a day at Vivani is sure to be a big hit.After discovering Vivani, in the words of Tina Fey; "I want to go there." Again and again and again. :)

The spa apparently does not honor it's posted hours of operation. I drove across town in rush-hour traffic to check out this spa and book a day of pampering to find that before 6:00 on a Tuesday they were gone for the day. Call first, so they don't waste your time too.

I received a SF GC, and chose Vivani simply because the prices were reasonable and it is in my area.Wow...what a great place! I have had many massages, but Angelique's was top of the line. I have been mistaken in believing that the firmer the pressure, the better the massage. I usually come away feeling sore and wondering why I did that to myself. Angelique found the spots that needed attention, and she worked out the stress without leaving me sore or bruised...only completely relaxed.Then came Kathy with her excellent advice for my now 40 year old skin. Ladies, she did not try to sell me over priced products or treatments. She told me what problems I have, how I can correct them, asked me what products I use, and gave me suggestions that are in my budget. How refreshing!Then we moved to Angela for the mani/pedi. What a sweet, sweet lady. I know you will understand when I say, it is nice to be able to have a conversation with the person working on your toes. Vivani does not use the standard Pedicure Chairs, rather small tubs that can be sanitized well. But after Angelique's massage, who needs a beating on the back? Angela provides personal, hands on attention to your feet and hands. She spends time massaging your feet during the scrub, not just rubbing the scrub on...it makes a big difference!Joyce was at the front desk, and I could have talked to her all day...what a precious soul.Overall, this is not your 'SNOOTY SPA". It is elegant, but your aren't afraid you are going to knock something over and spend a year's salary to replace it. The staff is warm, receptive, and knowledgable. I am a single mom, and spa time is a luxury for me. This place offers more bang for your buck than any other place I have visited.Larger ladies...I wear a size 22, and often worry about the robes not fitting or the equipment not being comfortable. The robes here are a little snug, but with the underwrap they provide (plenty big), there is no worries about modesty. The tables and chairs were very comfortable.First time spa goers...there is nothing intimidiating about this spa or the staff. The people I met all truly appreciate you, and sincerely want you to have the best experience possible.I highly recommend this spa, and I will be back...soon!

Vivani Day Spa staff were always friendly and courteous. The facilities are kept nice and clean every time I go in. I love going there. I feel like a apart of the family. I also love that you are able to purchase products used by the staff to keep up treatments at home in between visits.

A trip to the Vivani Day Spa nurtures your mind, body and soul. The staff is wonderful! I have been going to Vivani for a couple of years now and I must say it is my favorite spa. Miss Kathy is the best. She takes a lot of pride in her works and I can see the difference in my skin. I recommend Vivani to all my friends and family.

Karen has been doing my hair for years. She is Great! Always up on the newest styles. Kathy does the Best facials. I have been having trouble with "adult acne" and rocecia. With her help my skin looks amazing. She has also been doing treatments for "sun spots" which I had alot of. After the 1st treatment you could tell a big difference, they had lightened up alot. Now 4 treatments later, they are less than half. Last week stopped by and got a free 5 minute chair massage with Judy. Wow, can't imagine what a full body massage must feel like. I also love the atmosphere, very relaxing and the staff is super, always making sure you are comfortable and have what you need.

I have been to many different places to get deep tissure massages. This was the best massage I have gotten yet! I will definitely be going back. Judy was a great masage therapist and made it a warm, comfortable environment in the room. I loved it.
