I have been going to this place since she open I do not think anyone would have a bad thing to say about the staff and the whole SPA experence. You also feel very special when you enter and leave. My daughters all go here to and love it. The funny thing is that I have to drive over one hour to reach this place and I do it because I know it is the very best around. Annette

Best graduation present ever! A spa day! I was treated so good and loved my massage and facial. I also got a keratin hair taming that is so awesome. My hair has never been so smooth.

Save your money and your sanity....THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!I bought a groupon for $75 for a couples massage here for my boyfriend for valentine's day. He booked it for our anniversary, a month and a half in advance!! They booked it for the WRONG MONTH (one month earlier than we requested), then NEVER called to remind us so when we "no-showed" on the wrong date they had us penciled in for, they said they'd only honor one of the two massages. Begrudingly, I accepted it and we rebooked the massage for my boyfriend.Today, at 4pm was his appt. we called twice, hours in advance to ask if we could reschdule due to bruins parade traffic and torrential downpours when we were on our bikes trying to get home. The owner said shed call the massage therapist, but to still try and get there. finally we get home and my bf rushes to Lynn (30 mins away at $4 a gallon) only to find the owner there at 4:16 and telling us the massage therapist left at ten after 4 and that our last massage was void.We got horribly jerked around and ripped off. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere, trust me.thank you SS&DS for giving us stress instead of taking it away.

I really enjoyed my experience at Seaport Salon & Day Spa. The staff was friendly when I booked my appointment over the phone, and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The salon was very clean and the decor was pretty. Brent, the massage therapist had "magic hands" and worked out all my kinks. After my massage I decided to see if they could squeeze me in for a haircut, and Sue, the owner, was able to seat me right away. My haircut came out perfect. I was offered refreshments, including a variety of teas in cute little teacups! I booked my next appointment as I cashed out, and I also picked up two of their signature scented candles (Lovespell and Magnolia!) and their collagen-elastin cream (which I can't wait to try!) Overall this was an excellent experience and I told them I would be recommending them to all my friends, at which point I was told I could even book for private group parties! So to anyone who reads this, I say go! Try them out, I'm sure you will be as pleased as I was. =)
