Unforgettable experience at Body and Mind Spa is one of the best I have recently had! What makes it unforgettable? One would ask. Everything, entirely everything! Professional and friendly personnel, incredibly warm atmosphere, properly equipped facility and the music fits perfectly to this environment. First time I tried there the facial treatment procedure. I liked it so much that I trusted my whole body the massage therapist when I was back there for the second time. Literally, every cell of my body feels relaxed and every thought of my last visit make me want to go there again. I definitely recommend Body and Mind Spa to everyone and I guarantee the highest quality at its service.

By far i had the best facial ever.. I`ve been around the city and tried alot of facials and finally i found someone who understands my needs and my skin never looked better. I had Nina and i highly recommend her.. The products she recommended are also great. I also love the place and i will be returning!!

Had bought a package of massage and facial. I thought the massage was closer to a rub-down, but I was really happy with my facial. Would def go back for a facial. The prices are reasonable as well.

I got a SpaFinder gift cert and found this spa by searching my zip code; I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage. The spa was easy to find and street parking was abundant. I went in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist and was asked to fill out a questionnaire which asked, among other things where I had discomfort. Like most people (I presume) I marked off my upper back. A few minutes later I was brought to a nice massage room and left to undress and get under the blankets. I noted it was a heated massage table - very nice! The massage therapist came in and started my massage. She was a bit more chatty then I care for but not too bad. She mentioned she preferred doing "medical massage" and she avoided telling me where she trained (in NYS massage therapists must be formally trained and licensed). She did to her credit really work on a knot in my back. Unfortunately she did the whole massage as a medical massage (very pokey and digging in) and not as a Swedish massage (which should be long strokes) or as a relaxation massage - which is what I wanted from a spa appointment. The massage was extremely painful. Sure it was 'good' pain in that she was working muscle attachments and knots, but it wasn't relaxing and soothing

I've been coming to Body & Mind for about 5 years now, and while i visit other spots here and there, I always come back to Body & Mind Spa. I have done everything from facials to massages to brazilian waxes here and have never been disappointed. Bella is amazing at facials and brazilian waxes, quick, efficient, and as painless as it can possibly be. Love this place!

I came here recently for a waxing and some other treatments. I decided to treat myself to their sales but unfortunately I wasted my money here. Bella did my waxing and it hurt so bad, I now thanks to her have razor bumps and my skin is so raw. Their products are cheap and they are cheap!!!!! I had a facial and she was so lazy she did not even massage my face well or neck. The products were all watered down and smelled weird like they were past their expiration date. Her extractions weren't good either I was in so much pain. I also had the reflexology there bit that was so so. I wont say more about that. Dont waste you're money here. It seems like they have great sales and suck you in and then hurt you... Are they even certified?????

This was my first time at a Spa and I'm so Glad I decided to pick this one. I received a Spa Finder's gift certificate for my birthday and decided I was going to use it on a European Facial since I never had one before. This place is very relaxing..The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was surprised because my Fiance called before I got there and got me a swedish massage...which was WONDERFUL! I needed it! I have to give Kudos to Liz who did my facial...She was amazing! Very friendly and catered to me. Roberta did my massage and was also wonderful...I'm definitely going back and will tell all my friends about it. Thank You Ladies for the Amazing Experience! Will be back before we get married in Sept.

I got a gift certificate for my birthday to Body & Mind from a friend who swears by her massage therapist Jennifer. I had never heard of the place and was a bit hesitant because I have had massages and been in pain afterwards. Jennifer was wonderful. I can't say enough. She knew exactly where to go and made me feel comepletely at ease. I left there feeling so relaxed and my back feels so much better! I have already made my appointment for next month.

Ok, so i've been going to spas everywhere for a very long time. I love being pampered with a nice massage. I had a massage here from Amanda and she was amazing! She knew where I needed work and wasn't afraid to get all the kinks out. She was very sweet and I highly recommend her. I'll let you know when I get a facial here. :)

I am not the type to right reviews, but I am so pleased, I have to get the word out. If you ever considered laser hair removal, this is the place to go. The service was great, the prices are fair, and most importantly- the results are amazing. I have tried everything to get rid of the annoying corse hairs on my chin I got after my pregnany. I used to be so ebmarrassed, but now its been over 3 months and the hairs still haven't grown back. I am going to do my bikini next... can't wait!

Bella did a great job waxing my arms and chest. The whole thing took about 40 minutes, which was very fast. And to my surprise it was painless. She did an excellent job. I am definitely coming here again. I want to try their massages and facials as well.

I really enjoy going to Body & Mind Day spa. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the services are all reasonably priced. The place is decorated beautifully. The staff are all very friendly and competent. I went there during my pregnancy to get a prenatal massage and Jennifer did a great job. After my pregnancy i went again to get a regular massage with Nancy and she did an excellent job as well. I will definetly recomend this place to anyone who wants to go and relax for a little while and forget about all the daily problems. You will not be disapointed.

If you are looking for a relaxing and incredible day to spend at the Spa, then Body and Mind Spa should be the Spa of your chioce. I have decided to book a spa package for my husband and myself and we absolutly loved it. The second you walk through that door the curteous staff welcomes you and the atmosphere is extremely calming and soothing. Everything was right oon scedule as we planned. I am deffinatly planning to visit Body & Mind Spa again.

Decided to see which spas are available in my neighborhood. I came across this spa thru spafinder. I booked an appointment for massage, manicure & pedicure. I was very pleased with the service that i got there. Receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Therapists were excellent. I had the best manicure & pedicure at this place. The girl who did manicure was excellent. I made my appoitment again for next month.

I loved this place until ownership changed. The current management is nowhere are competent or caring as the originals. I did not know of the change when I went in to redeem a gift certificate for a facial and massage, so of course I was expecting the same caring, courteous service I had been used to. I was not greeted right away; I had to wait 10 minutes for the appointment that I had confirmed only about an hour earlier; I also had to wait 15 minutes between my facial and massage. On the plus side, the massage and facial were both excellent. But when I am paying luxury prices for a luxury service, I expect to be treated like a queen. I am still searching for a salon of the quality this place used to have.

My experience at the Body & MInd Spa was the most relaxing spa visit ever. Both the massage and facial specialists listened to my preferences. I came in to spa stressed out from the every day life problems and came out completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Overall, this is a place not to be missed for spa goers.
