I love this day spa.Whenever I go there I am so relaxed(which for me is hard to do).The last time there i had a wonderful haircut and style with Cindy and I almost fell asleep.I was so pleased with her work.
I adore Nicole-she does my facials and my daughter's.She also does manicures and pedicures.She is skilled with a light touch and aims to please.Becca is an expert at massage...she can make all your troubles go away.
The owner has never given me any problems.She is a sweetheart to everyone as far as I have ever seen.
Cleanliness,a wonderful calming and relaxing place...all very important-and Renu gets AAAAAAAAAAAAAA's in my book!

Had a great deep tissue massage by Becca. My facial with Nicole was okay. I have been to many spas and had never heard of the line of products they use here (Milas, I believe). The didn't seem to agree with me. I woke up with a giant zit on my forehead the next day, which I never get. :-(

I had a very negative experience here. I booked a couples massage, which was listed on their website as $109 and this price was confirmed during the booking phone call. The massages were mediocre at best. When we left I was surprised to learn the price was actually $140 because I was using a SpaFinder card and that $109 was a "special". I did not argue at the time, trying to stay relaxed after my massage. The next day it still bothered me that I was charged 30% more due to my method of payment. After confirming that $109 for a couples massage was not listed as a special anywhere on their website I called back and spoke with the owner. As it turned out, she was who booked my massage and took my payment at the spa. She was unwilling to do anything about it and eventually hung up-she also will not respond to my email. I would not have found her Spa with out the use of SpaFinder, and yet because I had a SpaFinder gift card I was treated completely different. This is not an honest business.

I visited this spa with a friend on a "girls day" not only did we enjoy our services, the staff was very friendly, and kept us laughing and having a great time! I would recommend a visit to this spa to all who would like a nice day with a friend.

My husband purchased a full day for me at Renu Day Spa as a Christmas gift. My morning started with tea and cookies, and then a full body massage with Kara. She was terrific, I could feel the tension melting away. After my massage I put on a robe and slippers and enjoyed a European facial with Maria, who had my face glowing when I was finished. I also had a very nice manicure with Jessica, who used an almond scrub and lotion that smelled wonderful. Last I had a delicious lunch that consisted of iced tea, crackers and spinach dip, a fabulous salad with cranberries, shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles and sunflower seeds that I kept eating in spite of being very full! I wish I could have taken it home with me! My lunch ended with coffee and the most sinful chocolate cake I have ever had! The cake was served ala mode, in a martini glass, a very nice touch. Overall, the staff, service, and meal was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable. Part of my package includes a body glow and pedicure that I can't wait to go back for!
