The Spa Pedicure was nothing more than a really long normal pedicure -sat with my feet "soaking" for 20 minutes, got them cleaned up and painted in 20 minutes, then sat "drying" them for 20 minutes - same procedure as a normal nail salon, just dragged out -no reflexology as advertised! Save your money and go to a nail salon and recoup an extra 1/2 of your valuable time!

Magic hands, and I felt tension free and relaxed afterwards, which is exactly what I wanted and got.

I had a really great 1 hour swedish massage and was able to take advantage of the $65 special price listed on their website. The place is nice and relaxing and the people are friendly and good at what they do. The only slight negative was that there was no receptionist there when I arrived but the massage therapist took care of getting me checked in so it wasn't a problem. Also, was a bit hard to find parking but after a couple minutes was able to do so.

The other day I went with my daughter. We both had facials done and left completely happy. I had the Amber Spa Facial with the amazing organic exfoliation and my daughter had the Teenager Facial. She went home with great instuctions for home care regime. Hopefully this will help her for the upcoming prom season coming up in a few months.

The other day I went to the spa with my daughter and had an enjoyable time. I had the Amber Spa Facial done on me with amazing organic exfoliation. While my daughter had the Teenage Facial done. My daughter had mediocre amount of acne and that was all taken care of. She received great home care regime instruction and we're hopeful that her face will balance out and look great for the prom season coming up in a few months. Would definately go back and take my wife next time.

This is a really nice spa. Most of the staff are very nice, qualified and do a great job. My only beef here is that on my numerous occasions to this spa, I have also waited for my appointment which seemed strange since there seemed to be more staff than spa customers. I really don't get mad about the wait, but on more than one occasion when I was taken in later, they ended my service at the scheduled end time-even though I was not taken on time. When your paying an average of $100. for a massage or facial, you want your money's worth. I'm too nice to say anything, but it is really wrong and these professionals should be very aware of the time they spend on you,considering that the customer is being charged for every minute of their time. I'm OK with paying $100. for the 60 minutes of service-but when you only receive 45-50 minutes of that service this is bad.

I had been looking forward to using the gift certificate for some time. I arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment, only to have to wait 35 minutes because the person was running late. That didn't surprise me, since the place doesn't allow time for room changeover in their scheduling. They had water out to drink but you could not tell if the glasses were clean or dirty. I finally got the massage I was waiting for and then it was time for the pedicure. Since the massage ran over, I assumed that the 1 hour spa pedicure would run over too. That was a wrong assumption! The woman rushed through the pedicure so quickly. I think she spent 25 minutes on my feet. It turns out she had another appointment. Now, there is nothing that irks me more than false advertising. I would say save your money and go somewhere else for a pedicure.
