I've visited Urban Allure many times and used most of their services - I love this place!! The massage services are excellent, and the mani/pedis are soothing (not rough!). I've had shampoo/blowouts from most of the hair stylists and they're all great. Haircut and color turn out gorgeous. Just as important, the staff is very accommodating and can always find a spot for you. The drinks, food, and free child care are also nice perks. What more can you ask for?

I was given a gift certificate from friends at this spa and was so impressed! My experience was terrific. I was greeted with a smile from the front desk and asked if I would like a glass of wine, ice water or some light finger food. The services themselves were very professional and rejuvenating. I would absolutely go back and recommend to friends.

I have been a member of the NAC where the Urban Allure Spa and Salon is located for 25 years. I was more than pleasantly surprise at not only the expertise of the stylist (in this case Lori) but also the professionalism of all of the staff. The manager Kim was more than responsive to any concerns that arise during your visit. I would highly recommend the spa to everyone.

Being an avid spa goer I know what I like. I know what is supposed ot be included. When I asked for specific body parts not to be touched and others to be concentrated on I was ignored. The desk staff had no knowledge of services. Very unhappy. I agree with other reviewer. Had I not had the gift certificate, I woudl have up and walked out wihtout a word.

This being my first visit to this spa, I have never experienced such rude and incompetent people! From the moment I arrived to the last, I was anxious to LEAVE! Nothing had been explained and all services that were part of package were not provided but charged for!
They even added charges! Never again! I'll stick to usual spa!!
