Laura did my pedicure and shellac manicure. It was the best experience. The polish on my toes last a long time as well as the shellac manicure.

they gave us no tables for the lunch we requested so i ate off my lap. during my services i could hear hair stylists laughing and carying on..i didn't know the break room was near the spa area... the massage was horrible. the therapist didn't listen to what i wanted. The facial would have been nice but the esthetician used a serum that burned after i told her i had sensitive skin. i wanted a nice couples massage and was not satisfied. and the manager was very rude. I would never recommend it to anyone.

i bought a couple's package for me and my boyfriend and the rooms seemed really pretty. the service was horrible. i had a light lunch ordered and we had to eat it on our laps in the lounge. the massage was horrible. she didn't listen to my requests of my back and neck and spent 60 min "tickling" me and 5 rubbing my back!! when i got a facial i said i have sensitive skin and she saw one blemish and put a salycilic acid treatment all over that burned me. and warning...the break room for the workers is right next to the spa area and i could hear people laughing and talking!! not relaxing! plus the manager was rude! i will never go back there! i am a manicurist and i tell customers never to go there!

We would hope that Kyra W. would contact us directly if she was dissatisfied, as we guarantee all our services. I would personally want her to contact me the owner so that we can remedy any issues. However, we did also check our client records for several months before her post and we find no record of clients having a couples package that include the services she mentions. So we think that perhaps she confused our spa with another that she must have visited. There are two other spas in our town with "Bella" in their name.

I had the half day of beauty and it was wonderful. Everybody was very nice and professional. they are totally concerned with your well-being. The entire place is very clean and smells good. I started with a massage which was very relaxing. Then, I had a facial. It was fabulous. Afterward, I had the spa manicure and pedicure. Both were terrific. They put seaweed on first, then you get a parafin treatment. Your hands and feet are so soft it is unbelievable.
I also added a hair cut and brow wax. The stylist was very good and really concerned that I was happy with the cut, which I am. The brow wax was done by the same young lady who did the facial and it is the best brow wax I have ever had. I will be back and bring my friends. This place is the best.

I have gone to Bella Toccare for years. I used to stop up on my lunch hour for a quick 10-20 minute back and neck massage. What a way to recharge! I have had several 30-60 minute massages and the heated beds, aromatherapy, and music are wonderful, but the experienced massage therapists are the best in town. I have had massages at several other salons over the years and no one can compete with Bella Toccare. My latest experience was in November where my friend and I enjoyed the best pedicures. My polish stayed great right through the holidays and the girls were great company and extremely professional. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

My friends and I have a ritual of our first summer pedicures and lunch every year and we always return to Bella Toccare. It's very relaxing and fun and my pedicure stays on for a month! It's unbelieveable. I love the Aveda products that they use. They are very polite here and take good care of you.
