You haven't had a facial until you see Marie Noelle....By Kathleen T | December 26, 2010

I have had many facials from all over the world but I continue to come back to Marie Noelle at Sesen Spa even though I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. It is a wonderful experience. She is a professional when it comes to skin care.
I am sorry to say that the manicures and pedicures are not as wonderful. Wish they were, I would make it a spa day!

Please save yourself some money and go somewhere else. Most likely those place will greet you as you enter the front door. Most likely those places will be happy to assist you and not leave you hanging. The girl doing my nails seemed very upset ... like if I was putting her out. She even filed my nails angrily. The place was OK ... nothing to write home about. Just like any other salon. The prices were waaaaaaaaaaaaay to high for the services performed half (you input the rest). I'm left with all my cuticles today which cost me about $60. The girl doing my nails scared me. One, because of her demeanor and secondly because she held the cuticle remover in this weird way - like she was a novice. I thought many times that I would be pinched and bleed while I was there.
I've been to cheaper places and gotten a better attitude from the employees. The chairs they brag about online aren't great as I think they forgot to purchase a maintenance contract at the stay time. The chair they put me to sit in for my pedicure sounded like IT needed an oil down. The poor chair didn't roll, knead, or do anything but shake violently and shut off on it's on.
Needless to say ... spend your money elsewhere.

I went to Sesen when it first opened- very nice.. excited that I could use my spa finder coupons there.. the atmosphere is still nice but I went during the Xmas holidays - it was freezing in the spa (had mani/pedi)- they could put the heat on! My nail specialist was fast- I started after the person next to me and she finished before. I was not a walk-in. Then- I was abandoned- was told to wait until my nails were dry. Even the less expensive nail options check on you. Zero I finally glanced at my nails and they were unevenly cut- and too long. I won't be going back,

I went into Sesen because i recieved a gift certificate, and I used it for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I'm also looking for spa's to have a girls night/bachelorette party for my wedding.
The spa is beautiful and relaxing, upstairs from a gift shop and a really nice restaurant. I was greeted immediately, filled out my paperwork, and met my therapist, Steve. The massage room was very big - bigger than any of the others i've been too, and very well decorated with warm colors and soft light. He explained what he would be doing (i wanted him to focus on my back, neck, and shoulders) and double checked to see if i'd be allergic to the lotion he'd use (because it had menthol in it). The table was nice and warm and i felt so comfortable, and he checked in with me periodically about the pressure. An awesome massage therapist, i'd definately ask for him again.
I'm really looking forward to going back for other treatments and perhaps to have a spa-rty.

Sesen is surprising; the space is beautiful, spaceous and inviting and the treatments are pampering, reasonably priced and unpretentious. I've tried the mani/pedi, facials, Thai massage, and waxing...every treatment leads me to want to try another...if only I could go every week!
Lisa is warm and welcoming and has helped me navigate the treatment options to find my next pampering experience. Sesen Spa is a wonderful place to relax and destress. Be sure to make time to enjoy the sound of the waterwall before your treatment to put you in the right mood!

Beautiful decor, reasonably priced and great pedicure chairs. Very clean. Only negative part of visit was not being greeted coming in the door. I had to make eye contact with front desk help and get her attention instead of her seeing me first and helping me. I would definitely go back. If you are looking for a place that is clean and still reasonably priced this is the place its fantastic!
