Not usually a blogger but this place deserves the exception. Was visiting friends when we decided to check to see if we could make hair and spa appointments. Wow!! What a wonderfully uplifting experience. I'm an ex-natural blonde(gone wrong) and have been struggling for years to get back to my early 20's look and color. ha! Well, I found my fountain of youth in Jennifer, the owner. I showed her a picture of what my hair was like 20 years ago and asked her to duplicate it as closely as possible. Voila!! she made the miracle happen!! My hair now has the same blonde depth of color tones that made me thrilled all those years ago. I don't how she did it but she is my own personal fountain of youth. The extra bonus in this success story was the elegant style of the salon, the friendly staff and the wonderful choice of options to pamper oneself. So....if you are feeling the need of renewal, re-charging or re-vamping or whatever it is that makes you feel special, get yourself to Strada Salon and Day Spa in Willow Glen and make it happen. I loved my technician. She was knowledgeable and had great technique. The products she used left my skin feeling incredible! I would highly recommend.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not go here even with a coupon! Two years of my hair growth was destroyed and they could have cared less. The shop is unprofessional and amateur at best, avoid or let your hair pay the consequences!

I booked a massage and facial and was told they were 60 min each. For the price, they definitely should be. The massage was first-rate, but the facial was really disappointing! I arrived on time, but had to wait 20 min and then the massage and facial together were only 90 min. Did I get shortchanged because they took me late? I don't know. The facial was very short and didn't involve any extractions or explanation of what was being done or what its purpose was. Overall, the whole experience was greatly overpriced! I would come back for a massage again if on special, but don't waste money on the facial.........

I went here during the deal days and really liked the facial that I got from Audra. Very good job, skin felt smooth and clear.
