    The Salon and Spa at Pine Forest is a 2,300-square-foot facility with seven treatment rooms. Personalized treatments including body wraps, facials, massage therapy, hydrating and exfoliating treatments, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, manicures, pedicures, hair care, and waxing are performed using the latest technologies. One of the spa's signature treatments is a Crystal-Free Microdermabrasion where three layers of dead skin are shed. Makeup services such as lash extensions, permanent makeup, and makeup artistry are available as well as bridal packages, spa parties with wine and hors d'oeuvres, and treatments for children and teens.

I've been visiting this salon for 4+ years now and am never disappointed. Recently, I received a keratin treatment on my hair that was just amazing. It smoothed out the frizzies and made my hair soft and manageable. I love it!!!!!

Hair, nails, every detail from the drinks, food and service made Mother's birthday extra special as she was beautified in such a Queen-like, pampered manner at the Salon for her 100th Celebration later that day. Better beware that the special rates are done by a man and they don't let you know until he comes and gets you for your massage. I have never booked a massage and had a male without checking with me first.And he is the only one there at the time. Poorly run business.Waste of time!

Five stars! Fortunately I have had the opportunity to travel extensively both in the USA and internationally and have tried massages and facials at some the world's most famous spas. The services at The Salon & Spa at Pine Forest rank right up there with the really pricey best without the high price or huge size. Pine Forest 's staff is attentive, skilled, courteous, and very friendly (unlike some the fancy European spas.) After your first visit they know you as a friend and remember your tastes and desires. The Spa itself is located in a quiet area along Kieth Harrow Rd with easy access and safe parking. The stand alone facility is very clean and beautifully decorated throughout in a restful modern décor. Fresh flowers greet you in the entry and soft music eases away the day's stress. The full service facility is able to treat you as an individual or welcome you and your friends as party group. Make an appointment and know you can relax...

I’ve been going to the Salon at Pine Forest for years and every visit has been pleasant. The Staff is professional and courteous, the facility is clean and sanitary, and the prices are reasonable. If you’d like a relaxing pedicure, I recommend booking w/Annie (sweet & soft-spoken). If you need an experienced, patient hair-stylist, meet w/Rocco (he REALLY listens to your styling preferences). Or ask for Tiffany to get rid of all those painful knots in your back & neck (she's a strong little lady with a gentle demeanor). It’s a cozy spa filled with many wonderful people who are eager to make your experience enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and try ANY of their services – they’re all great!

I love this spa and have been going here for many years. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I usually go for a basic facial and a haircut and have been more than satisfied every time. The spa is not as large as most that I've been to, but it's a nice, cozy place. The prices are reasonable.

I live in the area and recommend the Salon and Spa at Pine Forest. It is convenient and the serfvices are excellent. Veronica and Christine are wonderful manicurists, Nancy and Christine are expert hair stylists and Annie gives fantastic facials. These are the services I've experienced. Several years ago, I stumbled upon this salon when I was looking for something close to home that could provide mani/pedi, waxing, and facial services. Not only does this place provide these services (and does them all well!!) they provide massage and hair services. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, even compared to small, strip center nail places, and the staff at The Salon at Pine Forest are incredibly nice. They have daily specials, which makes their pricing even sweeter! Glory is always pleasant and welcoming when you arrive for your appointment. Annie takes wonderful care of all of her clients and I feel so special everytime I go. I will never go anywhere else. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

After several years of getting my nails and feet done at a "spa" we have found the place to be. The other places we went were very difficult to work with, when you made an apt, it was still an all day affair. Here when you make an apt, you can pretty much bet they will have you in that chair give or take 10 minutes....Where else can say that!?!? NO, they are not fast....because they take the time to be sure your experience is a relaxing one and meets your needs and completes the service you are requesting, not just a quick fill and run experience. They are polite and eager to please. They are easy to work with when you call in at the last minute, they have been known to work later and come in earlier just to fit you in. Annie is great and she is not only the owner but also works at the spa to ensure quality of services. If you are getting a pedi or mani you can bet whoever is doing it has done the service for her first.....before they ever touch a customer. They offier snacks of veggies and dip, crackers, mamossas, capaccino's, regular coffee, etc. They have special days for different occassions and have very resonable prices for the service and atmosphere you get when you are there. BTW...Rocco, ignore the comment below. we know you better than that, you have always been great when interacting with use, Jen and Mom

I am 7 mo pregnant and had a massage today with Mary Guerra. She was excellent! My back feels much better and I felt much more relaxed. I would also highly recommed the Spa Pedicure. I forgot the girls name who did it, may have been Cindy but she was just awesome! I am already asking my husband for a valentines package for the two of us.

I had my hair done twice by Rocco, not oly was I pleased with the result, he was so friendly and personable. I would go back. I went as a promotion but it was well woth it. This was at the Salon at Pine Forrest.

I will only give opinions on the the staff and the man who attempted to cut and color my hair! Glory who was working the front desk and phones was very helpful, in the beginning anyways. I was to receive a cut and color. By viewing the prices on the website I was under the assumption that this would run me about $110. I was told that Rocco was the best and he would take great care of me. He was, in the beginning very nice, I provided him with clear directions for my cut and color. He failed to listen and lightened my hair several shades when I was asking for him to darken it, he agreed to fix this if I did not like it in a couple of days. While cutting my hair, Rocco proceeded to make racial jokes about Obama using the n word and joking about who was going to kill him first. Talk about uncomfortable! The cut was ok, or so I thought when I left (it was curled on the ends and hard to tell). It cost me $160 plus tip. I made it home and began to pick through it and noticed that the right side of my hair was at least 1 inch shorter than the left. Then I noticed a fried section of hair. I was irate, I called and spoke with Glory who stated that she would have to talk to Rocco and find out what happened. She acted as if she did not want to believe me. She said that she hoped that I could style it so that the shorter side doesn't show for the next couple of days. I debated what I wanted done and decided that I did not want Rocco touching my hair again. I asked for a refund and was told that it would be at least an hour before she could talk to the owner. After one and half hours I went back to the salon to show them my hair and request my refund. At this time Rocco asked if he could look through it, I obliged and after quite a while of looking he said that it was impossible for me to have left the salon this way and that I must have cut it myself. I cannot believe he chose to insult me and question my integrity after he already caused enough damage. After pulling teeth I got my cash back, have a credit for $100 from a spawish gift cert. I left in tears, I can't believe this is how I was treated. Use caution and don't use Rocco!

I had a certificate I was trying to use and went to the place for a mani and pedi. This was no spa or salon to me - just your average nail place, overpiced and it took 2.5 (yes! two and a half) hours for a very average manicure and pedicure. And like at your average place you are never sure how clean everything is. I am definitely not going back, since I do not have that kind of time on my hands, and also the lady was cleaning around while I was sitting and waiting, that really tried my pacience.

The Salon and Spa at Pine Forest adheres to all Sanitation and Safety requirements put forth from The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation(TDLR).We are randomly inspected and received a 100% rating on all sanitation and safety reports which are posted in our spa. We also spend as much time as needed to service our customers, sometimes on a spa manicure and pedicure combo up to 2 hours is not uncommon. We do offer express services for those in a hurry and have different levels of pricing for our services to match different clients needs.We are sorry to hear of this customers bad experience and invite any one who has read this review to come try us out and we will give you 10% off any service. I spent the whole day in the spa for my birthday. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very polite and accomodating. I went for the entire experience of the day spa. The beautiful plush robe and slippers, hot stone massage (75 minutes), steam and sea weed mask and facial exfoliation, full hair care (perfectly wonderful gentleman named Rocco...absolutely awesome), lunch , beverages, and snacks (through out the entire 6 hour experience) pedicure, manicure and make up application were all wonderful and very professionally done. They were extremely overindulging because it was birthday. I felt like a queen for the day and the rest of the week I was calm and relaxed. It was an awesome experience. Everybody should treat themselves to a day at the spa and in my opinion, Salon and Spa at Pine Forest is the perfect place to do it. I am going back every chance I get.
