Rancho Valencia's all-suite accommodations are housed in 26 garden casitas. All suites feature a private patio, a living room with a fireplace, and wooden cathedral ceilings. Del Mar suites (31 in all) range in size from 850 square feet (79 square meters) to 950 square feet (88 square meters). The resort's 13 Rancho Santa Fe suites are larger, at 1,150 square feet (107 square meters) to 1,250 square feet (116 square meters). Designed for groups and families, the three-suite Hacienda encompasses a full kitchen, dining area, and private pool garden complete with whirlpool.

The Rancho Valencia Restaurant offers views of the resort's tennis courts and surrounding hills from its courtyard-adjacent location. The restaurant serves California-Mediterranean cuisine for all three meals daily in addition to Sunday brunch. The seasonally shifting dinner menu may include such upscale entrees as Valencia veal picatta, vegetable risotto, and mesquite-grilled filet mignon. Hearty omelettes and smoothies are breakfast high points, and lunch brings a selection of light chicken and seafood dishes as well as salads and sandwiches.

The bar stays open until 10 p.m. during the week (11 p.m. on weekends).
