About Tiffani Kim Institute
Tiffani Kim Institute is a freestanding building located in the River North area of Chicago encompassing a 12,000-square-foot duplex medical and spa facility since 1998. TKI is one of the largest medical spas in Chicagoland. The second-floor medical facility houses the practices of a Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, and Vein Surgeon along with a dermatology physician assistant (PA-C), an acupuncturist, and a dietitian. TKI's lower level has fourteen treatment rooms for massages, facials, and hydrotherapy in addition to manicure and pedicure areas. Both loft-style floors feature beautiful and peaceful surroundings with five-star service.
TKI specializes in dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and anti-aging services. Advanced skin-care procedures are performed by highly experienced doctors utilizing the latest technology to achieve the greatest aesthetic benefit. A plastic surgeon administers Botox(r) and filler injections and oversees laser skin rejuvenation and hair removal. A board-certified surgeon performs injection sclerotherapy and leg-vein therapy using the FDA-approved VNUS Closure(r) procedure. Those suffering from skin ailments such as acn, psoriasis, and eczema can consult with a dermatologist or dermatology physician assistant. The dermatology PA even operates a weekly Acne Clinic on the second floor for patients looking for immediate appointments without the hassle of scheduling. Before their treatment, guests can lounge in a dimly lit coed relaxation room with day beds and tranquil spa music.
The spa level has brighter, gender-specific relaxation rooms built for socializing and a spa boutique housing the "best of the best" in health and beauty products. A full menu of services is available for men, women, and teenagers. Clinical facials can be formulated according to the recommendations of the aesthetician. Deep-tissue massage, Ionithermie, and body wraps are additional highlights of the menu. Couples can take advantage of a variety of services together created to enhance intimacy such as couples massages and facials. The spa's expansive facility and eclectic menu provide the perfect place to host events, bridal parties, group spa days, and seminars.
TKI's latest addition in 2007 is the Tiffani Kim Lifestyle Cosmetic Medicine skin-care line for anti-aging, maintenance, and sun protection. The most popular products in this medical grade skincare line are the Acne TouchStick and Tinted SPF 30. TKI also sells well known lines such as SkinMedica, Skinceuticals, and Rejuvi products.

Elizabeth T. Clark, M.D., is the chief of vascular surgery at Chicago's Mt. Sinai Hospital as well as a clinical associate of the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinic. She is also a clinical associate professor of vascular surgery at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Clark is certified by the American Board of Surgery with special certification in peripheral vascular surgery.
