I went here for an eyebrow and lash tint. I found the staff and establishment to be dirty, and untrained. I left with eyebrows and lashes that had to be redone in a legitimate salon. When I contacted the owner, she had a nasty attitude, and didn't even offer to repair the shotty work her "employee" had done. Nasty Owner + Less than skilled employees. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I just went for my first hot rock massage ever and it was a great experience. Agnes made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and got knots out of my shoulders that had been there for ages. And as a treat for Valentine's Day they had a chocolate fountain with strawberries and other treats for the guests. I definitely recommend this massage for anyone who needs to forget about the world for a few hours!

I loved my Epicuren facial with Larisa, esthetician. It was the best facial I've had anywhere. My skin felt so clean, light, and glowing for days after! :) She cleansed my skin, then did a scrub and extractions and an exfoliation. I could really feel the exfoliation working. She then put one layer of mask then another each gave me a wonderful sensation. During the facial Larisa gave me a hand treatment. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. After she gently took off the masks with lukewarm towels, she applied several creams to my eyes, to my neck, and face to help my skin completion. At the end I was so relaxed I didn't want to get up from the table! But when I finally did I couldn't recognize my skin in the mirror - it was soooo velvety smooth! I would recommend Aqua Pearl Day Spa to everyone. Larisa is my new best friend when it comes to skin!

She forgot about me

I got one of the body wraps. It was supposed to start off with a scrub--didn't get that. The treatment was supposed to be 90min--it was twenty. I was supposed to be wrapped for 20min--the lady forgot to come back to my room and left me there for ONE HOUR. When she came back she didn't tell me we were finished and just left the room again. so i sat there confused for another ten minutes until i got up and asked around. When I first got to the spa they had disposable underwear--nothing fit (covered nothing + too small) and i am very petite as it is. The slippers that i got were soaking wet and soggy when i put them on. GROSS. were they used? they looked dirty. The shower smelled foul too. The room that I had my treatment in was next to the rest of the spa/nail/pedi area. The entire time i listened to girls yellin and cursing at each other and talking on their phone. terrible ambiance!

I loved my facial by Larisa!!! She is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and pleasant - and my skin looked AMAZING for weeks after! I don't know how she does it, but it's better than anything else I got in a while... I'm definitely coming back

I'm a travel agent and an international personal concierge who got a request at 9:30am for an 11am double massage today. Love a challenge. They all have tickets for the theatre this evening and this was a last minute request. So I had to make it work. As a travel agent on spafinder.com I knew right where to begin! After several unanswered calls to day spas I find Agnes!!!! I explained the client's request and, even though they were VERRRRY booked, she hung up with me called in another therapist, and immediately made the arrangements! Because one of the clients was an experienced spa patron and her companion was not, I requested that they be placed in the same room for their treatments. Even at this short notice the request was instantly and happily granted. Life is good and my clients think I'm rock star. THEN--- the clients are an hour late for their next event today so I call the spa to make sure they got there safely, Agnes said, sweetly, "They are STILL HEEERE and I refuse to kick them out! They are sipping tea and chatting" (This was a HALF HOUR after the massages). So i knew they were in excellent hands and just fine! Then I hear from the experienced spa client that the experience was "tremendous!...incredible... a very good choice... Thank you so much!" Longer shorter: I didn't even care that I won't earn my commission on the booking! Agnes and her team made my clients so very pleased and exceeded their expectations so greatly (and mine), I achieved my responsibility to please my client and I remain a "rock star" in her book. Thanks so much Aqua Pearl Day Spa! The client and her guest could not be happier!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time. It was the first for my husband and he absolutely loved it. I always go back to unwind and relax.the ambiance and the warmth of the atmosphere is wonderful. Everything was excellent. Agnes is very corteous and very passionate with her job. She spends time with a client and does not rush. I have and will always recommend this spa to my friends and everyone who need to just get away for a day and relax to relieve stress. Not only the location is perfect, the wonderful staff who would welcome you and take care of you like a king or a queen. Its beautiful and i love it. Keep up the good work guys. I'll be back.
