The staff was courteous and friendly when I arrived. The Loft space is odd; the downstairs area is all about product, but when you walk upstairs past the salon, there are two quiet massage rooms connected to a restroom/changing room with a shower. The only service I have had at this spa is a massage by Jason and it was amazing. He has adept skills in listening, touch, and technique that includes deep tissue, Thai massage, yoga, reiki, and reflexology. If you're looking for a she she day spa, this is not your kind of place but if you are looking for a masseur with strength and intuition, he's the professional you want working on you. I will definitely go back.

i made an appointment to have a 75 minute massage and a 60 minute european facial. i took a note on the time she had started which was about 1235 and i was out at 225. which means i was shorted 20 minutes. the lady who gave me my massage and facial was very pleasant and kind, however, i could hear the other employees laughing and gossiping while trying to relax. the prices are good and reasonable however i was really upset that i wasnt getting the time i was paying for and that it was noisy during my treatments.
