Guests can enjoy the 8,500-square-foot SiSpa with its 24-hour fitness facility, luxurious locker rooms, steam room, and whirlpool. Eight treatment suites are named after the world’s majestic oceans and seas, and services performed incorporate indigenous elements and customs from the areas they represent. Pool and beachside attendants provide guests with towels and lounge chairs on which to relax after a swim in one of two pools or a dip in the ocean. The 8,500-square-foot SiSpa's eight treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, are named after bodies of water, befitting of the spa's oceanfront setting. Soothing aromas welcome guests, while spa interiors, styled with vibrant colors, unique artwork, and accents of marble and wood, provide a sophisticated feel. The spa's amenities include luxurious locker rooms with steam rooms, a whirlpool, and signature experience shower, as well as a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facility; personal trainers and yoga classes are available upon request. After a relaxing treatment or workout guests can enjoy manicure, pedicure, Shellac nails, spray tan and waxing services at the salon. A lagoon pool is on the premises, with waterfalls, slides, and private cabanas.

The treatments at the spa combine ancient healing rituals and techniques and include facials, massage, body exfoliation, hand and foot care, aromatherapy, and hot stone treatments. Special massages include prenatal and couple's Swedish massage. Male spa-goers can select from a series of treatments—Gentlemen's Signature Facial, Therapeutic Deep-Tissue Massage, and Captain of the Si package are among the offerings—tailored toward their needs. Bridal party and wedding day packages for both the bride and groom are also available. Another signature treatment is the Caribbean Wake-Up Call, a body exfoliation using fresh Florida oranges and sugar cane, followed by a massage and finished with cooling towels applied to the legs. Select specialty baths and treatments can be complemented with champagne, canapés, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fruit-and-cheese platters, and chocolate truffles.
