Napa Massage & Bodycare

My husband and I both had a 90 min. massage and enjoyed a very relaxing experience. It is set in this beautiful old house in a nice area of town. We try a different spas where ever we go. Napa Massage and Body is at the top of our list!

I love that this spa is in the Welti Wellness House and not in a strip mall! The unique ambience is wonderful, and really makes the whole experience more relaxing. The staff is extremely professional, and I loved that the online booking was so easy. Overall, one of the best spa visits ever!

As someone that goes to spas frequently and loves to try new places I really love coming back here. It is a small, intimate place where you feel remembered and special and the massages are consistently great.

I never even made it to the spa after the terrible customer service I received when I tried to book an appointment. Amanda answered the phone and was very uninterested in the phone call after I mentioned I had a gift certificate (I did not mention it was Spa Finder). When I asked for a quote for the treatments I was interested in, I was quoted $10-$15 more for each treatment than stated on the website, for an overall jack-up of $60! When I mentioned this I was told "I don't know where you are getting your prices from, last time I looked at the site the prices were correct." Then, when I asked for the hours I was told "they are on the website," but I couldn't find them and was then told appointments were booked between 9am -6pm. I thanked her for her time and never booked an appointment as I could not imagine using the certificate for relaxation when the prices were so different and the service was so poor. As a local, I am embarrassed at the service and will continue to support my spa of choice even though they do not accept spa finder.
