Seen ad on Tv and thought I would try a Spa again after having a bad experience at another Spa. Well, this staff along with the owner made me feel like a princess. The bad taste I had is gone. In fact, I phoned my sister who was crusing in a week and she went to the Spa prior to going on vacation for a various treatment. I scheduled a follow up for July. There facials are a 10+ Cannot wait until they get there pedicure chairs which they said were on order. Thanks again, Kris G.

If you want a really good spa...keep looking. I made an appointment a week ahead of time. When I got there, I arrived about 15 minutes early, the person doing the appointment was not there and did not even leave home because the owner called her to see if she wanted to come in. When I finally got to do what I made the appointment for, the woman did not ask what kind of service I wanted and just went ahead and did what she wanted to do. Afterwards told me the other options I could have done after the fact. She tried to push me to do other things in the spa that I had not made an appointment for because I did not want to do anything else nor did I have the time, since she was late. The room that I had my appointment in was so small that 2 people could barely fit into. So, after being late and the owner telling me that if there was something else I could do and then come back, she may be there by then, she still charged extra instead of mayb thinking of knocking off a few bucks because she was extremely late for my appointment, I think this was very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a good place.
