my husband gave me spa finder gift certificate. i made an appt for a facial. the owner was late 8 minutes for my appt and was rushed getting me into a room. i felt that she was tense and rushing. I didn't feel a sense of calmness I'm use too when I got to a spa. By the time my actual treatment started and ended, I didn't get my full 60 minutes I paid for. Unfortunately didn't feel too welcomed and wouldn't return. For the price, I would rather go to a full service spa like Burke Williams.

I had the Brazilain Blowout (straightening) done with Krystina. i have a ton of hair and She did such a great job. She gave me a great deal, and really took her time to make sure every single thing was just right. i will definetly be going back to her for my color and every 3 months dor my brazilian blowout.. Shes the best!!!

i recieved a massage by Dave, it was absolutely the best massage ive ever gotten. (and i have had many) his touch was just right and not too firm but not to light also... i will definetly be going back to him. the salon and the staff are excellent as well. as soon as you walk in- there is somone to greet you and offer you a drink.. they are on top of it there!

I had to walk around looking for someone to greet me when I walked in. My massage was OK. I could hear everything going on right outside my room which was really annoying. It was'nt horrible but I would'nt go again.

I'm a longtime client of Casa De Belini, and can highly recommend the spa. I have regular pedicures by Kay, and have had massages by Dave. They were great and he really worked out my "kinks" My experiences have bee so good that I have my husband get pedicures from Kay. He has problem nails and she keeps them under control so he has no problems. I've recommended Casa De Belini to all my friends -- can't say much better.

I recently went to Casa de Bellini to get a pedicure. Never again! I arrived with my nursing six month old and the owner asked me if I was sure I wanted my baby with me to get the pedicure. Then she said they don't allow children in the salon for liability reasons. I has to sign some waiver. I was just getting a pedicure! She made me feel so unwelcome. If my baby was not well behaved I would not have taken him with me. My baby was so quiet during my service she was shocked. The most irritating part of my experience was when the owner walked out of a room with another client who had her young child with her. Funny, I thought they didn't allow children in the salon. The lady who did my pedicure was nice but I can get a better one for half the price.

I was in town from the East Coast for a wedding and to visit friends. I am the mother of two small children so I was looking forward to getting pampered and my hair done. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism everyone at the salon had to offer. Erika did an amazing job in correcting my uneven hair color. I walked out of there feeling "ready to hit the town." Next time I am in town I will return to see Erika and enjoy some of the great pampering and amazing service that Casa de Bellini has to offer.

I was so exicted about going to this Salon and Spa. When i arrived it was everything that i expected and more. There was a very friendly receptionist who offered me a variety of drinks and snacks.I then recieved a tour which made me feel at home. I was hesitant at first to have a new hairdresser do my hair after I had been with my previous hairdresser for 10 years. But Erika made me feel very comfortable. She was very friendly and attentive. She sat and consulted with me and really paid attention to what I wanted. I have referred several friends and I will be back in 2 weeks for color.

All I can say is BOOOOO!!! Poor service and extremely high prices all wrapped up in a fairly nice facility. Like a pretty woman who is ugly on the insides, Casa De Bellini Salon and Spa is a farce. The receptionist was rude, I had to wait for my service, and in the end I did not feel or look any better then when I came in. Avoid this place, there are better places in town, without the attitude and inexperienced beauty technician(s)!

My overall experience was poor. Although I arrived early I had to wait over 20 minutes to finally get into the treatment room and when I did, I waited again an additional 17 minutes (I checked my clock) for my facialist, Juanita. And the facial was NOT WORTH WAITING FOR. I felt as if she was rushed and it was like a cookie cutter facial. Although the parrafin add was nice, her touch was rough, hurried, and I was uncomfortable with the noise level of the spa and the brightness of the room. Afterwards I felt like she was pushing products on me . I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Two Thumbs down!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a massage with Dave. It was terrible, I left in the first 10 minutes of the service! He was massaging my head on points that weren't comfortable and making my neck hurt, I've had plenty of massages in my life and never has anyone made me feel as uncomfortable as this guy. He was breathing hard and his fingers were rough, it was the worst. I couldn't relax the way he was wringing my neck, it was just terrible. I sat up and told him this wasn't working out and he said, "yeah I can tell this is not working out." Can you believe that? Does that sound professional???? I put my clothes on and walked out, it was not worth speaking to the front desk clerk about at all it was positively the worst!

Casa de Bellini is a a place where you feel at home. Being a male your not sure what to have done besides a hair cut, But everyone there is awsome they walked me through it. Ive had several sevices done and they have all been great most importantly relaxing! My wife of course loves it here, she has made a great pick for the both of us.

I must say that Casa De Bellini is the best. The facials are heavenly, I couldn't help but fall asleep, the atmosphere is so relaxing and Juanita and her staff are so kind, not pushy or snobby, like other high end spas. I love their skin care products, their not over priced , my skin has never looked better. I've since moved to houston, texas and my skin misses juanita. I can't wait to visit california and stop by and get the best facial in town. Trust me all their staff is great , you'll love it there!!! Maribel
