    Spa at Woodside is dedicated to the well-being of every guest and welcomes all to feel at ease, relaxed, and happy while at the Spa at Club Woodside. The 5,000-square-foot spa features five treatment rooms, and a warmly-lit waiting room. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools; a wet and dry sauna; Jacuzzi; workout facility, including indoor and outdoor tennis; a retail store; plus a café, lounge and juice bar. The spa offers a variety of spa services and provides all guests with a robe and slippers, as well as a locker. The Spa at Club Woodside's facility is suitable for any size party, large or small, and provides optional complimentary wine and fruit with any spa party booked.

I had my first hot stone massage at Woodside and it was one of the most amazing massages I have had. It was incredibly relaxing and the masseuse was outstanding. I definitely recommend the Spa at Woodside for massages. It is a great place.

Not only do they have talented professionals at the Spa at Woodside but even the staff at the front desk remember me and my name, making me feel welcome every time I visit. The spa itself is intimate, so you feel at home and relaxed instead of being in some sort of "massage factory." They sometimes keep the waiting area too dim and could have slightly better furniture while you wait - but since I've never waited longer than 3 minutes, that is a small critique of an otherwise fabulous spa.

I had a full body massage with Mayleen and she was wonderful. I have been to some of the top spas in the country and she is probably one of the best therapist I have ever had. She was very quiet, had great calming energy and was very intent on working out all my knots. I would go back again tomorrow! My facial was done by Julia who is a very lively Russian women. She was very talkative and I learned several new things about organic at home treatments. I had a glycolic peel and was very pleased with the results and her knowledge.

Unfortunately, the locker rooms were under construction and it was a busy day of appointments so I felt shuffled through my services. I used my SpaFinder gift card and had an exceptional experience with a 90 minute deep tissue massage and an hour facial. I was told about the free services when I booked my appointment, so after the message and facial I was able to relax in the sauna, hot tub, and indoor pool. Loved it so much, I scheduled my next message and facial in just two weeks! Can't wait!

I have been to many other spas, and Woodside is by far the best! Woodside offers a relaxed, yet sophisticated atmosphere and top notch massage therapists. Having access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub etc. in conjunction w/ a spa services is also a wonderful bonus. How relaxing! I had an hour long massage at Spa at Woodside. The ambiance was very nice, staff were all professional. When I checked in, I was told that with massage I was also eligible to use the fitness center and sauna for the day for free. I had not been told this when I booked and so did not have swimwear with me. It looked like a very nice fitness area and I would have enjoyed using it.

I have been searching far and wide for a full-service spa in Kansas City and the Spa at Woodside is, by far, the best one around. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. They helped me feel right at home. I got to the spa about 2 hours before my massage so that I could relax and enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I would definitely recommend that. I was super relaxed by the time my appointment started. I can't say enough good things about this place. Don't hesitate - go now!

Just don't go the 2nd Sun of Month

Got off to a rocky start. This is a full service spa and gym. My daughters and I went for massages and hoped to use the sauna, indoor pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately they were being cleaned that day. (Staff should have warned us when we booked.) Also they couldn't find a clean robe for me. All the XL robes were dirty, so we had to improvise with a large and extra towels. The stream room was available, but I really missed that long hot soak and when I went to take a shower before my massage there wasn't any hot water! The massages were awesome. Thompson was incredible. For all our hassels they did discount our massages. I would try it again, just not on a Sunday.

They made my boyfriend and feel like we were royalty for the day...INCREDIBLE!! The prices are affordable with top notch service. The amenities that come with getting a spa service are fabulous!! The Spa at Woodside is very nice. I would definately return for body services. I've had both body and facials here and did love them both, but for the sales pitch that goes far enough with the facial, plus my other spa facials included an arm or foot massage while waiting on a mask, not this one. Don't get me wrong while it was nice and beneficial, it could have been MORE!

Spent a girls weekend in KC with some college friends and we all had an exceptional experience at the Spa at Woodside. The facilities were fabulous, and having the use of the club for the day was an added bonus. My massage was fantastic, one of the best I've ever had and the room was quiet and very relaxing. Both of my friends had the same experience with their spa treatments and we all commented on what a great place it was. We all wanted to go back. I travel to KC often and will return for another visit to the Spa at Woodside as soon as I can.

I was visiting Kansas City for the weekend and looked for a spa that offered fitness classes. The perfect spot is the Woodside Club and Spa. If you book a spa treatment, you can enjoy many of the club facilities including a phenomenal fitness center, a variety of classes including spin, yoga and strength training and wet areas such as a steam room and jacuzzi. I had a deep tissue massage with Jessica which was one of the best I've ever had. The spa is small, but clean and well appointed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly return next time I'm in Kansas City.

I find air travel doesn't promote my overall well being. As a result, I visit a spa on each trip. When traveling to Kansas City, I always book one or more treatments at The Spa at Woodside. I particularly enjoy the massages at Woodside because they are rejuvenating. Additionally, they don't hype buying more expensive products. The use of excellent product is part of the service. What a great day! This place is wonderful! I had a signature massage and it was just what I needed! Very relaxing before hand and after. Disappointing and Demoralizing

I scheduled a deep cleansing facial at this spa and was very disappointed. I had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Usually spas have a serene waiting area where you can read a magazine or think quietly however the walls were so thin I could always hear employees in the next room talking loudly. The facial itself was very painful and I saw no improvement in my complexion. The worst part about this trip was that the facialist spent the entire appointment telling me how bad my skin was and trying to convince me that I needed to pay for extra add-ons and that for optimal results I would have to book at least 10 more appointments with her. It was anything but relaxing as I was continually nagged as she tried to manipulate me into spending more money. To make matters worse, the woman showed no loyalty to the spa and gave me a business card with her contact information so I would visit her at a different salon! Please do not go to this spa, and if you must, do not get a facial!!!!!!!

The Spa at Woodside was my first spa experience, and it was everything I expected it to be. I saw some nice pictures online, and was impressed by the list of services offered. We decided it looked like a great place to spend the day to relax. We relaxed by dipping in the jacuzzi before each of us had a spa treatment. From the moment my sister-in-law and I arrived, we both noticed the warm and inviting atmosphere, which was likely a combination of the subtle but ever-present aromatherapy that lingers in the air, the soothing music playing quietly in the background and the pleasant and friendly staff that greeted us with a welcoming smile and referring to us by our first names, instantly making us feel comfortable and like we belonged there. This was my first and best spa experience to date, and every year I check out a new place, and compare it to this one. The food here is incredible, the service impeccable, and the treatments all exceeded my expectations . We were all impressed with the facility and would highly recommend it to anyone!

After a car wreck last spring, i have had the worst back pain. I completed my physical therapy and was recently cleared to receive massage therapy for muscle pain. This spa attracted me not only because its therapists were so well qualified, but it is also within a health club near my home that has everything to offer! I can get my massage or go get my back adjusted after working out or steaming in the sauna. It has been a very long road to recovery, but the Spa at Woodside is helping me in every way possible. The staff is so friendly and goes the extra mile to make me feel welcome. They even have my favorite tea and the elevator waiting when I come out of my treatment. I would reccommend this spa to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat from the stress of everyday life or even someone with more of a medical condition that needs to be treated. I am truly thankful for such a place, so close to home!

From the moment i walked into the Woodside Tennis and Health Club, I knew that i was in for a treat! Upon entering the spa, i received a wonderful welcome. The director of the spa completely accommodated my needs. I enjoyed my services tremendously, and it was one of the best ever. As a therapist myself, I am often aware of little mistakes that a client would not be; however, no corners were cut and I was completely satisfied. My therapists were so friendly and very experienced. I have received massage all over the world and this was among the best. My facial was by far one of the most efficient and comforting. I would definitely reccommend the Spa at Woodside and any of their therapists. I have become a regular client and would not have it any other way.

I tried the Spa at Woodside after working out in the gym. The staff were polite and welcoming. The atmoshere is tranquil and luxurious. My massage was perfect. The therapist listened to my needs and met each one. I was surprised that the therapist could apply such firm pressure to my neck and shoulders yet be gentle and caring when massaging my feet and hands. It was a great experience.

My mother, family friend and I visited The Spa at Club Woodside, today. From the website pics, and entrance of the Club, we expected a great girl's day at a nice spa. The reception area, boutique, showers and steam room are all quite nice. The products used in the spa are some of my favorite (Julique). The therapists were really nice and would receive an 8 out of 10. from my mom and friend. My treatments were great, although there should definately be more time alotted for the Parafango Wrap. It is quoted at an hour, but there is no way you will get out before an hour and a half; too much to fit in to such a small amount of time. My massage was cut from 90 min to 60 minutes because of this, no fault of the therapist, just the schedule of the spa menu. But the treatment itself was awesome, done better than another spa in which I've had it done. My only issue was with the spa manager. There was a discount and free gift offered online for poolside massages that was pomised to me to be applied to any massage, when I booked the appointments. (Their prices originally, are quite reasonable. definately worth the service and amenities offered.) However, when we checked out, the same receptionist who promised me the discount, then didn't give it to us. We asked for the manager, who came with a huff of attitude, short, terse answeres, and a seeming determination to not give us the discount. Eventually, with quite a bit of prodding, she gave into 15% massage discount, still less than the original quote, but better than the nothing she seemed set on. Enjoy the spa, because it really is nice; the treatments are well done, and there are great gifts in the boutique...just make sure you aren't promised something you won't get..like a misleading price, online or quoted. Also be sure to ask for longer time during the Parafango treatment, it is worth it.
