I came to this salon for a Brazilian wax. Apparently the owner has been an esthetician for a few years and seemed very nice. My waxing wasn't as nice. She put all the wax on me at once and yanked it ALL off in a couple hard tugs. I've had Brazilian waxes done a couple times already and none of them were as painful as this one. She was very rough and tried to do it in a hurry. Not good and I would never recomment coming to this salon.

I made an appt on a sturday to get a 30 minute massage and a mani and pedi. I get there and they tell me that they couldn't offer me the mani pedi because the person was not in that day. I got my massage which was great. They re-scheduled me for my mani and pedi for Wednesday evening. I got there a few mins late, which i called ahead of time and they said it was fine since they close at 7:00 pm. The woman rushed me through my mani and pedi. i got a French manicure and it looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. I was there after 10 mins the salon closed and didn't bother to say anything because it seemed as though they just wanted to go home. I will be calling and complaining to the manager tomorrow.

I made an appointment for a Xmas party 2 weeks in advance. The receptionist didn't seem to know much about hair, but I hoped the Stylists would be different. I specifically said I wanted "retro waves". The day of my appointment there was only one girl available, and the receptionist had put me down for a hair straightening. Turns out the stylist they assigned me only knew how to straighten hair. There was only one stylist that knew how to curl hair and she wouldn't be available for another 30 minutes and I was on a time crunch for a party, so I had to leave and go to a different salon. The owner did offer a free haircut to make it up to me, but I wasn't interested in returning.
