I've been to a number of spa's in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but none that compare to Serena Medspa in a variety of ways. Serena Medspa uses Medical grade equipment; consequently, the results are far better than any I have experienced to date. For instance, a Photo Facial treatment, which I have had elsewhere, took five visits in order to achieve a nice result; however, at Serena Medspa the same results and better were obtained in only one treatment.
In addition, it's important to me, and I'm sure for others, to not only trust the spa personnel who perform the treatments, but to feel very comfortable in my surroundings. The personnel at Serena Medspa not only make you feel at home, but all your fears are allayed once they share with you the extensive knowledge they have gained through skilled training and experience.
Karim Halani, the Spa Director, always takes the time to sit down and talk to you should you have questions. He spends a great deal of time with you on your first visit, offering expert knowledge on everything offered at his spa. Further, he's a very pleasant man that has your best interest at heart. SerenaMedSpa is the place to go if you want to make a difference, look better, and feel better about yourself as well as receive the ultimate spa experience.
I have been going to SerenaMedSpa for a year and a half. I rate it as a five star experience. The owner and his staff strive in every manner to get you the best possible results. The staff's professionalism is truly second to none. I stongly feel that the service and the quality of products are exceptional.
I have done many different treatments, including VelaShape, Juvaderm, Radiesse, and TRINITI (IPL photo facial, skin tightening & Matrix wrinkle reduction) I have actually seen the years disappear from my face. I love being told by my friends and family how fabulous I look, especially one that said I look twenty years younger. How is that for a compliment?

I've been going to Serena for my skin treatments for about 3 years now. I've had Botox, Dysport, Fotofacials, Vibraderm, and chemical peels so far. I'm consistently satisfied with my results (thanks to up-to-date technology and skillful aestheticians/technicians), and I am always treated like an honored guest by Karim and his staff. I recommend them whole-heartedly!

I went to the Serena Med Spa for a "happy hour" with the guys from the Bachelor. I was very impressed with not only the facility, but with the friendliness of the staff. I met with the Director named Karim & he is very knowledgeable & personable. I've been to several spas in Dallas, & I would for sure recommend Serena Med Spa to anyone I know!

James Kadi, M.D., FACS, is the spa's medical director. Dr. Kadi has been practicing for 12 years in the north Texas area. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and also is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition to being an M.D., he also has a D.D.S. degree and a Master's degree.
