    Belle Raye is a 2,200-square-foot salon spa in Naperville, Illinois. Decor incorporates earth tones highlighting the spa's open-floor plan. There are two treatment rooms, a lather lounge where guests are shampooed and a lounge stocked with drinks and snacks. The spa wants to give guests, "an experience that will stimulate your senses" and offers therapies such as hair services, massage, facials, body wraps, cellulite treatments and microdermabrasion. A variety of special services such as hair care, massage, skin treatments, facials, waxing, and sugaring. The spa is proud to partner with Aveda and Davines product lines and offers complimentary rituals including 10-minute shampoos, stress relieving shoulder massages and makeup touch-ups with hair services.

HORRIBLE customer service

After reading all of the great reviews on this salon, I was extremely excited booking a salon party for my wedding, Between my bridesmaids and family members, we had about 15-20 people who needed hair, makeup and other services done. I contacted the salon twice, once in December and again in January to try and set up a time to meet with the owner and finalize a contract for my wedding day. My call was never returned, I finally called again and the owner happened to be in, we spoke briefly on the phone, she emailed over pricing and contract information. I emailed her some pictures of the styles that we wanted in hopes of a better estimate on pricing. THREE months later and less than 50 days before my wedding, the owner finally emailed back. I refuse to go to a salon where my business is not appreciated. Brides and other large parties BEWARE this owner is flaky and does not care about your business!

this salon and spa is great! I was given a gift card a year ago and finally decided to use it. I called Belle Raye to inquire about the services they offered and they were very helpful and informative on the phone. I had a whole spa day here with a facial that was out of this world, a massage and I also got a blowdry style! I will be going back for more and also to try out someone new for my hair. This place is great and I have nothing but good things to say of this place.

From the moment I walked in, they new my name.. Greated me with a choice of Beverage and Friendly customer service! My Therapist came over introduced herself talked about my trouble areas and than led me back to the massage room! ALL i can say is WOW!! I had an awesome massage and soooo would go back and back again! She knew exactly where my knots were and all the spots (like my knees) I never knew had knots in them! AWESOME, SUBURB!!!

If you ever want to visit a destination resort like spa but close to home then this is the place! I have tried the facials and massages and both were absolutely wonderful! The customer service and attention to detail are outstanding!! This place really understands what pampering really means even from the time I stepped through the door!
