I just spend a very relaxing 90 minutes at this spa. The staff members were very pleasant and skilled. The surroundings were tranquil and the services provided were excellent. While the prices on individual services seem a bit high, the packages are an exceptional value.
It is very important to me that my overall experience be relaxing. One obnoxious or harried staff member can negate much of the effect of the spa. Beauty Jewel gives that tranquil environment. I was blissed out for the rest of the day! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the waiting room and changing rooms are small. There is no place to relax before or after the services.

The service was good - not great. I like to feel completely pampered when I go to a spa. Part of the experience for me is enjoying the environment and having a nice changing room and relaxation area. This spa has a small dressing room with no shower, no place to relax a few minutes before starting or clean up in after you are done. The massage was good, if you like a lighter touch. The facial was very good. The spa itself was a little worn from age, but felt clean. The robes could have been thicker/fluffier. So overall, it was good, just not one I can rave about.

My Sweetie and I went to NY for his birthday weekend. I wanted to treat him to a good time.
Kudos:
Clean / Smelled Great / Everyone VERY nice
We had The Couple massage and I thought we were gonna be side by side...but, that wasn't the case. So if you go thinking you will be able to gaze into your honey's eyes...that isn't going to happen.
Kudos for the massage...if you want to relax it does provide a GREAT environment to do so.
