Just spent the most relaxing day at the spa. I had won the package in a raffle. Best money I've ever spent. The facial was great, the lunch super, the 90 minute massage heavenly, the body wrap comfy and the foot treatment very relaxing. Can't wait to visit again.Thanks David!!

I would never return here again. David the owner never stopped talking, during the massage. Although the actual massage was ok, the non stop talking was not relaxing at all!.

There are 3 things in life that bring me peace, relaxation and joy:Ice cream, nature and Clayton Mind and Body massage!Clayton Mind and Body provides a very comfortable, peaceful environment and the massage is custom-tailored to your preferences. Whether I need accupressure for tight muscles or a light touch for relaxation--the masseuses at Clayton Mind and Body deliver what I need. Appointments are flexible and the people are down-to-earth and friendly. This is a personalized experience that is a step above the run-of-the-mill "chain" massage establishments. I love the special treatment I get here--it allows me to unwind, de-stress and enjoy instant healing to my achy muscles!

I have been receiving massages at Clayton Mind & Body Connection for about 3 years now. The staff is attentive and responsive to your requests. The massages are great! I'd stack them against other more expensive spas for technique and effectiveness.I keep coming back, they are friendly and work well to meet my needs.They offer late appointments on certain evenings during the week as well as the weekend. David and the staff can accommodate your schedule, and have even worked with me on very short notice to work in a massage when I needed it.Give it a try! Enjoy a Taste of Napa here in Clayton!
