About Serendipity Boutique and Day Spa
At Serendipity Boutique and Day Spa clients can unwind at the coffee bar with a frappuccino and shop in the spa's boutique for clothing, handbags, and other accessories. The 6,000-square-foot spa's interiors are decorated in a Tuscan style with rich browns, and taupes accented by shades of green and purple. There are eight treatment rooms, a prenatal table for mom-to-be massages, a deluxe jetted private shower, and a spa room where clients can hold private parties for special events. Offerings include massages, body wraps and scrubs, facials, microdermabrasion, manicures and pedicures, hand and foot treatments as well as special services such as Synergie inch-reduction and cellulite treatments, permanent cosmetics, turbo body bronzing, teeth whitening, anti-aging treatments, and body sugaring hair removal. Free lattes come with some packages and kids can enjoy a special pedicure just for them.Location

Unfortunately, this is not what happened, We are sorry we cant give services away for FREE, but this client had a spa finders gift card that was presented at the beginning of her visit, so she assumed it would cover all the services she booked but there was not enough money on her spa finder card, She just left without checking. and yes the receptionist called and did apology for the mix up management was up front when she did, she never talked unprofessionally to this client and used the yeah to her. There are some people who just want FREE things in life.

All of our reviews are taken very seriously, This one review was written by a person who clearly doesn't understand what it is like to go to a Nice upscale Spa and have complete peace and as little silence to relax as possible. Would like to explain what really happened. You could clearly tell when entering this room their was a client beside them, this is a room used for couples massage with only a sliding partition to separate the two people, You could also hear the music for the other side. The Client in the next room ask the technician several times to have them tone it down so she could enjoy her massage in quietness , they DID NOT, the tech in the other room proceeded to go out and get management at this point, She came to me and said my client can't enjoy her massage because next door they keep talking loudly about everything they are doing, Oh by the way there was NO loud Knock because I didn't want to disturb the upset client with any additional noise if at all possible, The daughter and the massage tech were told to keep the voice down to a whisper please or we would have to end the massage and move to another room. The professionalism was handled correctly in my opinion, its the Client with the elderly Mother that booked the appointment should have told us she would be assisting her Mother into the room with her, talking to her about the massage all through it. Serendipity could have put her in one of our private rooms. FYI anyone with hearing problems are always welcome, just let us know ahead of time if you need to be assisted with someone whom will be talking you through the massage.
