Serene Haven

Of all nail salons to visit, Serene Haven is my favorite. I come there for the customer service, cleanliness, and yummy green tea. I haven't tried their waxing services but I heard that they are pretty good. I usually come for basic manicures and pedicures and I really appreciate that they use OPI polishes. Its the only polish I like to use. The owners Helen and David are really welcoming and very attenative to our requests, we are very appreciative and will continue to be loyal customers. I came to Serene Haven by a friend referrel and I am so happy. I've been getting my lash extensions for years and never have I loved my lashes that much. Helen did an amazing job! It's perfectly put on each individual lash and it doesn't feel heavy. She does them very natural unlike my last lash place. Most importantly she listened to how I wanted them done. I also got my mani pedi done! It's was a nice experience as well. Very clean and quiet. I will be back!

Only been here once. I actually found this place on spafinder...though I didnt go and use a certificate. Let me tell you, this place was CROWDED. Is it nicer than the average nail salon? yes. But is it worth the wait and extra money to get your nails done there? Eh..not in my book. Perhaps its because I am a frequent client at Dashing Divas, where my manicure lasts for legit 1.5 weeks, but I hold my mani/pedi to a high standard. My manicure from Seren Haven only lasted 4/5 days..which isnt that great for me. I wouldnt go back. if i want a 4 day manicure I will go to a cheaper less crowded place.

I have been coming to Serene Haven since they opened. Initially as a nail client, I started trying the body waxing last summer when I overheard another client talking about how her bikini wax was unlike anyplace else she had gone. I can see why! Their waxer, Devyn, is young, hip, but knowledgeable. Put this middle aged woman at ease! A few times I have tried the tanning by her, too, and for the special occasions, I was happy to look bronze and healthy, not like an orange gorilla. I will keep going back, not just for the nice staff, but because the products they use are a step above.

I have been going to this salon for 2 1/2 years and seeing Demi but I have HAD IT!!! I keep going back for a pedi because she used to be really good and now she is more interested in anything other than my feet. Her leg massages are AWFUL!! and she does what she needs to do but with NO INTEREST! Going to find another salon to spend my $$ in.

I have followed Devyn for years, she gives me the most painless waxing- it's her special wax you can't find anywhere in L.A. She also gives me facials that are pampering but truly effective. She has an amazing touch, and makes you feel completely comfortable and that your needs are being heard.
