The Oberstaufen Schroth Therapy is a two- to three-week program that combines a special diet (free from animal protein and fat and low in salt) and prescribed amounts of exercise and rest. The Full-Rice Therapy consists of a diet change to two rice dishes per day for detoxification. Each participant meets with the medical director before, during, and after treatment. General health and nutrition consultations are also available. Day spa services include massages and herbal oil baths. Classes in aerobics, stretching, and gymnastics are offered at the fitness center. Daily walks with a sport coach and mountain biking tours are available. The spa also has a swimming pool and salon.
