The Oberstaufen Schroth Therapy is a two- to three-week program that combines a special diet (free from animal protein and fat and low in salt) and prescribed amounts of exercise and rest. The Full-Rice Therapy consists of a diet change to two rice dishes per day for detoxification. Each participant meets with the medical director before, during, and after treatment.
