    Mosaic SalonSpa offers facials, massages, and body treatments, as well as hair and nail services and waxing. Facials for sensitive skin and for treating acne are available, and eyebrow and lash tinting can be added to any facial. Massages include deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal modalities. The spa offers exfoliating salt scrubs and deep cleansing mud wraps. Manicures and pedicures for children are also available, as well as reflexology for an add-on. Packages including up to six treatments and lunch are offered. The spa is also affiliated with the Millwood, Washington location.

I have been coming to Mosaic Salon and Spa for 6 plus years. The staff is very professional and they always make you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. Nelson has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years and I can not even think of going to anyone else, he is AMAZING!!! Carrie is Awesomeness with facials and waxings!!! There are so many different experiences to enjoy at Mosaic I recommend them all to everyone!!!

I booked a manicure at the last minute when I was visiting Spokane for a wedding. Mosaic on the South Hill was able to get me in the day after I called. My manicurist was sweet, and she did a beautiful job. My only negative would be that the space for manicures seemed a little small, but overall I had a great experience!

I recently visited my go-to salon for a facial and it was just as good as the last one I recieved from them. They never try to rush. They take their time to make sure you get all the benefits of the treatment. Also, I love Aveda products!

My third trip to mosaic was a little diissapointing. I got a hair treatment because I had a coupon through their website for one. The girl was very nice and so was the treatment but it wasn't what I expected. The description sounded amazing in comparison to the actual treatment. The head massage lasted less then 5 minutes, I was never offered the optional makeup application, and there was a lot of waiting. I was greatly dissapointed this time around.

My mother and I went to this spa to get facials. They did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was kind. The woman who gave my mother her facial was so nice that she added on a few minutes (free of charge) since it was the end of the day. The facials were so nice, my mother booked her next one for 50% off! I would definitely come back to this spa!

Everything about Mosaic was excellent. The atmosphere was soothing, my facial was fabulous, and the best part was the pleasent staff. I felt like I was their number one customer. They aim to please the client.
