This spa is small, not a relaxing place on first impression. Seems small and cluttered. I had a 30 min massage scheduled with Richard. I definetly had 30 minutes plus. He was good, made me me feel relaxed before, during and after the massage. A good experience. I will return.

Due to some back injuries, I have had a lot of varied experiences with therapists over the years. I have had a couple of massages here and I think the therapist, Crystal, is probably one of the best I've ever had. She is efficient and hard-working. Sometimes the massage may hurt, but by the time I get off the table, everything seems to settle properly, like she just took my back apart and rebuilt it. I always leave with a nice conversation, water, and a chocolate; all three of which help me re-energize for the trip home. She never makes me feel rushed. When I call in, the receptionist, Joey (I think that's her name), always books me a good time for me to come in and work with Crystal. That being said, I have had a less than positive experience with one of the male therapists, Karl Ellerbeck. He just did not make me feel comfortable and being a little self-conscious, it didn't make me feel good to be almost naked in the same room with this guy. I've met a couple of other people who have had similar experiences, esp women. All of us had the same opinion: Do not get a massage from this guy! I suffer from chronic neck pain for many years-I hold all my stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. Chrystal provides me with deep tissue massage focusing on the areas I need relief most.

Having moved to a new location Blue Ridge is better than ever. Quiet, peaceful without the need to be snooty. The hour hot stone was at least 60 minutes of massage. The facial was heavenly.
They take walk-ins. They have even call in a staff member (on their day off) to come in to meet my request.
Professional and caring, they bend over backwards to meet your needs.
