I had a great experience at this spa, it was lovely inside and Cameren was very professional, courteous and provided great service. I felt very relaxed and welcomed the whole time. The spa itself felt very cozy and homey. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for one in the area, I can't wait to go back!

I was given a half day spa from my husband for Valentine's Day and it was fantastic!!! The spa atmosphere was relaxing and Carmen was very professional. This was the most wonderful spa experience I've ever had! On top of the massage, facial, and wrap, Carmen also provided extra gifts that my husband would have wanted me to have. Thanks Carmen! I will definitely recommend and refer as much as possible!

I could not imagine a world without this spa! In early 2008, I found myself in a desparate situation...injured and in chronic pain. I stumbled accross Carmen's site on the internet and made an appointment. Online appointments are always a hit with me. I signed myself up for a deep tissue massage and set my expectations low. 10 minutes into the massage, I knew I'd come home. Her hands are magic, and her ability to read the human body are out of this world amazing. Some people just just "do", but Carmen has honed and fine tuned her skills to a level that just can't be found anywhere else. I'd follow this lady to the ends of the earth for her massages. The spa atmosphere is frosting on my cake...it's a beautiful oasis in an angry world. Get in there!

Our three daughters purchased a gift certificate for my husband and I to get a couples massage for our anniversary this year. Just walking in to Three Cedars Day Spa we could feel the calming ambiance. The massage was marvelous and Carmen made it so special for us! We felt pampered like royalty! Another thing, the massage therapists didn't talk incessantly throughout the massage, which is something I really value. I don't go to get a massage to be entertained. I want to relax. Carmen and the other massage therapist were quiet unless they needed to ask us a question about the massage or have us turn over, or unless we asked them a question. Absolutely the best massage we have ever gotten!

I have been fortunate enough to have been a Three Cedars patron ever since Carmen opened her doors back in Oct of 1997! Carmen's ultimate goal is client satisfaction and that is apparent to anyone lucky enough to experience any of her spa menu treatments. I am sold on her signature massages, they are the best! The ambience inside her spa immediatly becons one to just exhale and relax, your stress level lowers just by walking in the door. I appreciate the one on one setting, knowing that the spa is 'all mine' for the time I have booked is priceless!!!! Talk about spoiled! I only wish I had more time to go more often. CARMEN YOUR SPA ROCKS!!!!!

I found Carmen from her street-side sign when I was desperate to find a new massage therapist. After my first 90-minute Signature Massage, I was hooked and have been back every month since! The spa is small, intimate, and cozy. Carmen is passionate about providing the best personalized experience for each client. So much better than the assembly-line approach at larger spas. I highly recommend the Three Cedars Day Spa.

I enjoyed, no relished, my visit to the Three Cedars Day Spa in Tacoma. The overall ambience was one of peace and comfort. Muted light, sensuous decor reminiscent of Chihuly, and an excellent massage. Carmen mixes styles using plenty of pressure as needed on trouble spots, plus a lot of arms ala Hawaiian. Being a big guy I really appreciated her ability to get the tight spots loosened up. I've recommended the spot to my girlfriend and even to my ex-wife and her partner. I'll go back whenever I'm in town.

Had purchased a donated gift certificate valid for only one month. Owner willing to extend for 3 days only. I asked the owner to extend longer due to medical reasons, and was advised she would need to charge me the difference of full price service even though there was a lower price on the web. The owner was not willing to work with us in a fair manner. She was rude, and lacked customer service skills.Highly DO NOT recommend.

Never met her in person and she's never set foot in my office. I worked earnestly with her (via phone/email) since November to help her redeem a spa gift certificate that Three Cedars Day Spa donated to Alaska Airlines Employee Assistance Fund in Seattle August 2009. Janine R is an airline ticket agent in Burbank, CA who knew what she was bidding on and understood the terms and conditions, which she accepted. I stand by my decision 100%. I am sorry that Janine R chose to let her certificte expire. I am sorry my efforts to help her did not meet with her expectations.I am sorry that Janine R followed through on her blackmail threat to write a negative review here. Merry Christmas.

Don't really need to say anymore than it was WONDERFUL! I have already booked my 2nd massage. I also intend to try out several items on her Spa Menu. Carmen was great. The facility is warm, inviting and very comfortable. Plenty of off-street parking Thanks Carmen!

I about two/three weeks ago received a gift certificate from the wonderful lady below (Happilycared4) as a birthday gift. The statement I'm about to say is a very true story :) It was like i went to heaven for a whole hour! Carmen was absolutely wonderful, she is so darn darling! I felt like a Queen! The choices of music was very pleasant as well as the sent of the oils. I would without any hesitation recommend Three Cedar Day Spa to ANYONE! Thank you Carmen for a very luxurious experience!

I received a spa finder gift certificate and in reading reviews about Carmen I new what I could expect and I was very pleased. A very warm and inviting atmosphere, very private setting, personalized care, educating and a wonderful massage from Carmen. I suffered a back injury so I really needed this. I've since purchased a gift certificate for a family member and I myself can't wait to see her again. Thank you so much Carmen!!

It was the most relaxing experience I have ever had at a spa. I have received massages in the past where the person talked non-stop (sometimes it seemed just to hear themselves talk!) This time she didn't talk unless I initiated conversation, and we did have nice conversation when I did. It was so relaxing and refreshing! I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and blissful all at the same time! Definitely would recommend to a friend or family member--- sending mom there for her birthday!!!

I love Carmen and her business. She is so professional, yet at the same time acts like she could be one of your best friends. I went in for a Brazilian wax after I had a bad experience somewhere else. She explained everything and the reasoning behind it, and was so gentle which is hard with that spa service!!! I liked her so much I ended up getting a massage right after because she had some open time. I can't praise her enough, and I can't put how wonderful it was into words...its just something you have to do:) She will do anything to make you feel comfortable including tailoring the treatment to you personally. I would visit her over and over and over if I could:)

I had the ultimate spa experience. I walked out of Three Cedars feeling like a hollywood celebrity. Carmen is nurturing and took care of every detail. I love the fact that its in a private setting, I felt like the whole place was all for me and to top it off; Carmen catered and treated me like royalty.

My visit to Three Cedars Day Spa was absolutely amazing. I usually don't get many massages, but this visit will change that! I loved the way that everything was explained to me and why she was doing what she was doeing. The atmosphere was one of a kind. I also love the fact that it isn't a chain of spas. Carmen individialized my visit personal to me. It was unique, personal and very laid back. I am going to recommend this to all of my friends and definately will be back.
