Chinese tea music in the reception and waiting areas adds to the spa's soothing atmosphere. The spa's five treatment rooms have water fountains, soft music, and candle-shaped wall lights. Services incorporate Pevonia Botanicals products and include skin treatments such as facials and microdermabrasion, massage, body treatments including wraps, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services. Couple's treatments are available and some of the spa's decadent offerings are facials and hand treatments using caviar and pearl extracts. There is a spa boutique and tea is served in the upstairs waiting/lounge area.
